In my recent visits to Target, I've noticed a concerning shift in the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The removal of these essential programs seems to have alienated many loyal customers who value inclusivity and representation. As a result, I believe Target is missing out on a significant opportunity to foster a welcoming environment for all shoppers, ultimately impacting their sales and community reputation. It’s disheartening to see a brand that once championed diversity take a step back in such a critical area.

I love this store as a customer but as a shipt shopper, some of the ladies that work there get rude and unhappy when you come to the register with a shipt order.

I drove over an hour to buy a scooter they had for sale. As I was walking to their isle, a worker had them on a cart and was taking them up front. I asked if they had been bought and he said "yes." I went up to customer service because I seen them up front and asked her if they were still available? She said that they had not been purchased but they were holding them for someone to come back and get them. I wasn't aware you could hold big ticket clearance items and especially 2 of them. There were 2 different scooters. They were still there when I left and I was mad. I've always been told that you have to be able to take them with you and they were a first come first serve basis. Something tells me the employee that walked them up had something to do with it.

I normally don't make it to this side of town and lost time I was here it was a pure disaster, mind you that was a couple of years back when the chucky cheese was still next store, however I was quite surprised at how good it was this past holiday season.
