I bank here, and I'm very happy with it. I only gave it 4 stars though because they run your credit for a checking account. Other than that it's a great place.

Loved it when it was FM financial. Since team one bought it it has gone downhill. No longer open on weekends. No longer a teller available through any drive through. Only ATM’s available on weekends. How do people with jobs make that work? When you call an operator they are rude and unhelpful as well.

I mainly conduct my transactions on line without any problems. The online platform is user friendly. Whenever I have to call or go to TeamOne in person; I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. The service is fast and the location is convenient.I have been a customer with TeamOne Credit Union for 40 years. I am satisfied with their service.
