T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name, and designer fashions at amazing value. Customers love the unique products, extensive selection, and reasonable prices. The store is now described as organized and easy to shop, a much nicer improvement from a previously frustrating experience. The staff and cashiers are consistently noted as friendly and helpful. A common drawback is the crazy long lines that can make visits time-consuming. Overall, it is a preferred store where shoppers often find beautiful items and enjoy shopping, frequently spending over a hundred dollars per visit.
I love the store. Everybody is so friendly and helpful and they always have great products and prices are getting a little steep. But other than that I really love the store.
