“I had rented a U-Haul truck, took it to another location, loaded a 2000 lb toolbox and drove it home. After I got home, I noticed the rear axle U bolts had come loose, causing the whole rear axle to shift. After contacting U Haul they dispatched Wendel from Gray’s Towing. From the very start I was impressed with his professionalism. He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to make the tow safely and was very friendly. He even let me ride along to the U Haul location where he went above and beyond by assisting myself as well as the U Haul staff in unloading and reloading my toolbox to the replacement truck. Having been in the towing industry many years ago, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep a tow truck in top operating condition. The truck was clean, well-kept and he had everything to needed for the job. A big thanks to Wendel as well as Gray’s Towing for making a stressful situation much better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needs a tow.”

“I had a tire blow out at 69 and Belsay. Called Burton City Towing and Jeffrey came out in promised time which was pretty quick. Best job I've seen by Towing Specialist. I have a very low sports car and I was in the auto business, so I have had many experiences. Bonus was the reasonable fee for service. Thanks for making a tough situation much better.”
