Excellent service at Tuffy Auto on Pierson Rd. I brought my car in because my tire kept losing air. They found that my wheel was bent and is not repairable. Unfortunately I can’t afford to replace it this week but they put the spare on for me at no cost. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or pressure me to buy something I can’t afford right now. I will be back for sure!

We were dropping our daughter off to go back to school and our tire went flat on the highway on an early Sunday morning in a big snow storm! No one was open, but then we found Tuffy on Pierson Rd. Jeremy and Mason took excellent care of us and got us on the road. Thank you so much gentlemen, your professionalism did not go unnoticed 😊❤️

I had an amazing experience at Tuffy on Pierson Rd! The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my car. They got me in quickly and finished the work faster than expected. Prices were fair, and I felt confident they were being honest about what needed to be done. It’s great to find an auto shop that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend this Tuffy location to anyone in the Flint area!
