The vehicle we got never should have been approved to leave the lot. Tire pressures were all over the place and coming up as errors on the dashboard. The check engine light was coming on as well. Vehicle was dirty on the inside to the point where there was loose change all over, candy pieces, and dried spills on the rubber mat. Customer service at the location was HORRIBLE. Unfriendly, very rude, and not help to any questions we had about the vehicle. I will never be back to this location.

Any issues were addressed courteously and promptly, agents were extremely helpful in fulfilling my needs and the truck ran great and was quite reasonable on fuel consumption!

The counter help was very pleasant. Unfortunately the equipment I needed wasn't available. This has been an increasing problem over the last 2 years. You have lost a 30 year plus customer. Your cost cutting measures just cost you another customer.

This facility got some shady, lazy, incompetent lying blink people I have ever dealt with. The first problem is when they tried to say I didn’t return a trailer when it was sitting on their property the entire time. Lazy bums never checked it in. Now they trying to over charge me saying I went over 50 miles with a truck. We didn’t even have the truck that long to go over 50 miles. Some idiot apparently didn’t do their job before they rented us the truck. I bet they using that equipment and making us pay for it trying to cover their shadiness. I would give them 0 stars if I could

I rented several trucks and a storage here and noticed twice the customer service being rude to elderly black ppl. Horrible. Then once I rented a truck that smelled like cat urine. My guy rented the truck and when I got in it, the place was already closed. It smelled so bad cat urine all over the cab of the truck the steering wheel and all fur was all over the truck as well like someone had been letting their cat live in there. When I return the truck, I advised Manager and he did nothing said he would tell his cleaning crew. He thought that they had cleaned it because he was notified about the issue before did nothing to compensate my Expense. Last week I went to rent a pick up truck. They use discretionary rules and told me that I could not rent the truck because I might steal it or take it out of town even though it was a one-day rental I had done plenty of business with them and I told them that I would not be taking the truck out of town. I was forced to rent a rental truck and unable to do all my task because of the inconvenience Customer service guy said that he would credit my mileage when I returned the truck they did not return my mileage. The manager was very cold, unapologetic and uninterested and finding a solution for the truck issue. Not to mention that I had reserved the truck before and when I went to pick it up, it was not available so I had to get a different truck that time too. I will never ever be using the U-Haul on Miller Road again . I suggest that you don’t go to a different location these people don’t respect your money, money or time
