I took a iPhone in that was water damaged and the phone would ring but the screen was black and we needed it backed up since it had not been backed up to the cloud for along time. I can’t say enough great things about this place. They explained everything and they were able to get the information back and the gentleman that was there when my daughter picked up her phone transferred the information to her new phone and cleared the old phone. He was so helpful. People don’t always realize that everything can’t be fixed and that you need patience. Thank you

uBreak put a new battery in my Android phone and it went well. It took about 3 hours and now it's working well with better battery life. They are quick and efficient.

The customer service was great! I called due to screen issues in my son’s phone. They told me the stops to file a claim with AT&T and what time to bring it in to ensure I can get the phone back same day. Devin was great to work with and called when the phone was ready. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with asurion.. I was kind of concerned because the closest store to me is 60 mi away... But I didn't know that the technicians come right to your house and fix your phone... Technician I had was very friendly outgoing guy.. and he fixed my phone in about 15 minutes... The money I spent on phone insurance was money well spent and it's already paid for itself.. I would recommend asurion to everybody I know

Guy told me my Galaxy note 20 is "at the end of its life" and Samsung doesn't send parts. Would take 2 weeks to get NON oem screen. This after I made an online appointment inputting phone info and it also gave me price to repair. Immediately went to Cracked Computer, Phone & Tablet Repair in Lapeer where Dylan gave me a price $40 cheaper, informed me it's NOT "at the end of its life," and an original OEM screen will arrive tomorrow with only 1/2 hour wait to replace! Don't waste your time and listen to the reviews. Obviously he didn't want to work today and he couldn't wait to say sorry we couldn't help...

Techs were good and polite. Business hours are optional; arrived 30 minutes late to open the store today. Very disappointed customers, several walked off.

I was able to bring the device in on my own time instead of setting an appointment, was also told that the repair being the back of the phone is the main portion of the case would take longer than 2-3 hours, however the repair was completed within 3 hours. Staff was excellent, quick and looks like new.
