Went in and asked for a color changed. Was told no they were too busy there was only two people and they’re getting nails done. Watched another lady walk in and she wasn’t told they were too busy.. We’ll never come back there again.

Had a horrible pedicure experience! The man that did my pedicure was clearly sick and wiping his nose with his hands and returning to work on my pedicure. Then after he finished, I could still see my old polish (he didn’t fully remove it), my nails were not filed, the polish didn’t cover the whole nail, and the polish was see-through and he refused to add another coat. I am not one to complain at all nail salon, but this was honestly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I tried to nicely point these things out and he got very upset, roughly filed off the polish and told me to leave. He didn’t even wipe off my feet from the sanding and stormed off. It was really bizarre! Fortunately they did not charge me, but I’m leaving with worse nails than I came in with!

Well Today was a 1st for me. I have went to this salon on and off for years and today was screamed at and told to leave because I mentioned that my polish didn't last as long as the time before. I was not complaining. I was just telling her because I figured she was wondering why I come back so soon. She went on yelling across the room that it was my fault and I'm the only one she has ever had a problem with. I again said I'm not complaining. I thought it might have just been the glitter polish I chose. However she continued to scream at me across the room in front of another customer telling me she is not going to do my nails after I waited and for me to go somewhere else! So customers beware of what you say!!

I had mixed experiences here, good and bad. I think it depends who you get.
I also had a weird experience before I even stepped in the store, wondered if anyone else had this. It was a time slip. It was about 6 years ago and I always wondered if it happened to anyone else around there. Basically I went to the nail place and it looked like it was used for storage, no way to get in, door didn't have a handle. I went to the tanning place thinking the nail place was inside there, she directed me back, so i walked back around and this time the nail place was open with customers inside, normal door, etc. The weirdest thing. I've read this kind of thing has happened to other people. Sounds weird but it's exactly what I experienced.

Been coming here for YEARS. Tina never disappoints. So friendly and talented. Hand shaped my nails to the shape I wanted, free hands designs, treats us like family. Asks about the kids and our adventures - making us feel at home. Ken is a bit heavy handed with the drill, but is also really friendly. Asked for a snowflake and Tina provided, going above and beyond! Will always continue to return.

This salon is great! Probably the best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in a very long time! They made my short nails look the best with how bad of shape they were in coming into the salon! This was my first time here and won’t be my last!
