Literally the worst place in the world. The employees are not helpful. If your box has a small trace of past postage they tell you they cant send it. They dont offer you a different box, or a marker, maybe a plain white label. I leave there with zero faith that my packages will get to their destination safe. The only time I come here is if there is no other place to go! The surrounding post offices are no better! Why are all yhe usps workers so rude! RETIRE
The last box I sent was a week late, everything in it was smashed although sent fragile. I just.....I cant. I hate the post office.

Never had an issue coming in lines are typically short or at least move quickly.

This place is the least helpful/caring out of all of the offices I've ever used. I was attempting to return mail that was delivered/forwarded to my home by accident but it was too much for the lady behind the window to bother with. Apparently she doesn't care wether people get their Social Security mail or not. I dropped it in a postal box instead, hopefully it made it to the right person.
Don't deal with the Atherton Road office in Flint if you actually care what happens to your stuff, cause they definitely don't.

I’ve always trusted that when I put the red flag up on my mailbox, my outgoing mail would be picked up by the postal carrier. Unfortunately, that hasn't been happening. Despite consistently raising the flag, my mail is left untouched, and the flag is simply put back down. As a disabled veteran, it's challenging for me to bring my mail to the post office, so I rely on this service to stay connected with the world. Knowing that my mail is just sitting there, day after day, feels frustrating and a bit disheartening. I really hope this issue can be resolved so I can depend on this essential service without added stress.

Since when do the postal carriers NOT take outgoing mail? Saturday I had outgoing mail that was NOT taken and this morning put the same outgoing mail in the box and IT WAS STILL NOT PICKED UP! SMH

This is such an easy post office to go to and the staff is friendly but whyyyyyy is it closed at random times? Showed up today 15 min before close to drop off a package that doesn’t even need staff processing and the inner doors were locked. No sign. This isn’t the first time either. Not great for people who don’t get off work until 430 and this is the closest location. Y’all at happy hour or soemthing? The heck.

You would think in 2024 doing a change of address would be easy but not this is your old post office. I have spoken to the supervisor numerous times and still they deliver to my old address. They make it impossible to handle this issue.
