These guys are Amazing!I had wrongly entered the zip code on a receiving mail that contained really important immigration documents. They understood that it’s a wrong zip code, went on Google to find the correct zip code for the given address and resent the mail to the correct the address before even I could reach out to them for help.

My mail has been messed up for the past four years an I need some answers because I have reordered my mail three times an I have not gotten it. I even switched my mail to a P.O. Box on Pasadena an I’m still missing mail. Smh. Somebody needs to get a hold of the identity theft problems going on ASAP!!!

EXTREMELY rude over the phone, not helpful at all and they speak to you as if you are a moron. If I could get my mail from somewhere else, I definitely would. I wish I could give this place less than one star. My advice would be to avoid this place if at all possible and take your business elsewhere.

A few months ago, my packages were left out and they got stolen. Then after using Amazon Prime, (free two day shipping) another item took three weeks to come, the day before yesterday I received a text saying my packages were delivered to my mailbox. It was not there. I called the national line, waited for an hour, and they told me they would do an investigation. This morning I received a call from a rude person informing me that on their system it says it was delivered. Like I didn't already see that information. Then she was just like "Well it says that it was delivered somewhere in that range. We can't pinpoint it." So now I am out of my money, time, and items. Use UPS or FexEx

THE SECOND WORST PLACE IN FLINT! IM SURPRISE THIER ARE NOT TONS OF BAD RATINGS FOR THIS PLACE! THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND UNHELPFUL. EVERYTIME I GO HERE I GET SOME KIND OF ATTITUDE FROM SOMEONE! I WAS SO FED UP, I DECIDED TO CALL OVER THE PHONE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM FACE TO FACE AND GUESS WHAT? YOU GOT IT ANOTHER ATTITUDE! MOSTLY UNPROFESSIONAL. JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL WALK OUT SAD AND MISERABLE! HOMELESS PEOPLE STANDING AROUND OUTSIDE, SPITTING ON THE STAIRS, GRAFFITTI WRITTEN ON THE BUILDING IM SO DONE!
