When i have a piece of mail that looks like it could be some money, the envelope is ALWAYS torn open somewhere on the envelope! Please pay your postal workers a decent wage so they dont have to steal mail and open other people's mail.

refuse to deliver our mail because of a dog. we now don’t let the dog out during mail hours. i had to go pick all my mail up and clear up the situation only to come home and still not have our mail delivered it’s been over a month !

I have been waiting on my drivers license and credit cards and also bridge cards in the mail. This is truly the worst usps in the country. I have went up there to speak to a supervisor about my mail and still haven’t got any follow up about my mail, every time I try to get mail the senders just tell me that the mail have been sent back without any explanation. Service is horrible. I even have informed delivery I see my mail coming in and still don’t receive it good luck if you live in 48504 area

Getting really irritated that my mail from last Thursday has not been delivered . Huge inconvenience since there’s multiple very important pieces this day. I’ve contacted usps customer service as well as the northwest office and no one can tell me where this mail is. I’ve never had a problem until now. All mail before and after ( 6/5 ) has been delivered as normal what made that Thursday any different? Did the carrier find out what my mail contained cause that’s how I’m feeling ATM .

Needs to be shut down. Service is horrible. What a shame what is happening to the oldest federal service still viable. Don't mail anything. It won't make it, then they can't find it.

Okay so we have had a package vanish off the face of our planet. It was not delivered due to the business being closed. One issue I live in a residence a ranch style house. I waited patiently for 2 weeks to find out since packaged was never scanned as delivered they couldn’t find it. Now a 2nd package not delivered due to reason of dog. Okay so dog is in backyard on cable tie down. Has no access to front of property. It’s okay if person is scared of dogs and deliver mail might want to get therapy to help, they should have free therapy. I have taken time to read many reviews on here. So now will think about writing Post Master General. Yep old school writing letters is physical so if everyone wrote a letter and mailed to Postmaster General’s office it might mean more.

The carrier won't deliver my mail if my door is open, even though the screen door is closed and locked. She is afraid of our dog, who is grey with age, toothless, and blind. She doesn't bark or even move towards the door. In fact, she barely moves at all. If you are so afraid of dogs, you may want to consider a different occupation. With the cost of electricity double in the summer, we keep our door open to let in the light. This is totally reasonable. My dog is allowed to be in my house! If she had ever been loose, or busted through the door, or lunged at the door, or in any other way made an aggressive move I could understand. But as it is, the carrier is either plain old lazy or super ridiculous. In either case, she needs to seek new employment. Two thumbs down. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Sandy is so friendly and quick…. I don’t think she likes seeing a line. Great customer service and makes you knowledgeable of your options when shipping a package.

I have always sent boxes with donations to Miami from Clio and nothing ever happened, I moved to Flint and this is the office that is close to me, a few days ago I sent a large box, bought there with 25 pounds and with a travel cost of 106 dollars, to my surprise only 5 pounds arrived, the box was completely broken, but when you call to complain they tell you that since it was not insured you cannot even say that you were robbed, giving an open door to those who steal, how is it possible that if you I am paying 106 dollars for a service, I have to pay more so that it is not lost, I don't see the point, but anyway, I just hope that what they stole they have to use, it was medicine for sick children and food for homeless children, and a backpack and shoes so that children could go to school decently, so I hope the people who stole it use it ?

Somebody has been receiving my mail from some where. I have ordered my mail three times with my job an have not received any of my mail. I hav paid for a year of P.O. Box an still no mail. Somebody is getting my mail or stealing it. I would like some answers from someone immediately!!!

They will not deliver packages to Sunridge. Even small packages that can fit in mail our mailboxes. & when I complained about the inconvenience, the African American man behind the desk scoffed and chuckled. They are only getting away with this because Sunridge is a low income, majority minority complex. This would not happen at a complex in the suburbs!!! They won't even leave packages at the leasing office.Zero stars!!!
