A big thanks to Shaggy and his team! I independently purchased power running boards from AutoTech Trends and needed them installed. They worked thru some mechanical issues with the equipment and my vehicle, and got everything installed and working great. I highly recommend Vehicle Accessories!

We purchased a $3600 topper from vehicle accessories. About a week and a half into owning it my husband noticed that the topper had shifted. Upon further investigation, we realized that they never put any clamps on the topper. We were lucky that it did not fly off going down the road! The back window also did not operate properly since the time that we got it. We ended up returning the topper last week and they are refusing to refund our money. This is unacceptable customer service and I’m highly disappointed in this company.

Mike was very helpful and just a nice person. He was able to answer questions about many items. He got us right in for a tonneau cover and also set us up to get a rebate back.

Had AMP ultimate steps installed. They didn’t adhere the lights well at all. Lights fell off within the first couple of days. Went back to have them correct the issue. They told me there was nothing they could do and suggested I make another purchase to resolve the issue on my own. I do NOT recommend getting any work done at this place. Customer service is horrible and work ethics are shotty at best. If I could rate any lower, I would.

Shaggy said that they do the best they can. Well there service is horrible and it seems like poor communication skills. I will not have anything done on any of our service vehicles from them.

My dad brought his truck in on Monday 25th, 2024 and he picked his truck up on Tuesday 26th, 2024. When he looked at the plug for the trail hook ups he saw this crack that was NOT there before he took his truck in. He called them and the owner didn’t even talk to him. They told him that the crack was there before but it wasn’t, so they said they are NOT responsible to fix it. Today Friday 29th, 2024 they were suppose to call him but they never did so he called them and they told him that they would look at the cameras and call him back. They called him back saying they are not responsible for it. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! THERE ARE WAY BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT WILL DO A MUCH BETTER JOB!!!!
