Worked with JJ in sales and had an awesome experience. He listened to what I was wanting and didn't try to steer me towards something else. I bought used but it was the best sales experience I have had at a dealer. I was so impressed that when I need another bike, I already know who I am going to see. I have also interacted with their service dept and they were great. Parts dept, same thing, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I took the riding academy course as a person who has never even touched a bike before. The instructors, Peggy and Dan, were extremely patient, helpful, and encouraging. I feel the structure of the class was perfect. Doing the online work and then class work, together in class, provided foundational knowledge that helped me when hitting the course. The instructors were very kind people who made the class fun through jokes and camaraderie. You can also tell they are experienced drivers who have a passion for teaching others to be safe and effective drivers. Their instructions were clear, easy to follow, and they were more than willing to answer any questions. I have nothing but good words for the instructors. I was extremely nervous in the beginning but through their teaching skills, I became confident in what I was doing. 10/10 recommend taking the Vehicle City Harley-Davidson riding academy course.

The basic rider course I just completed was fantastic. The instructor, Dan, is a lifelong rider and has taught thousands of beginner riders. Great guy! Learning to ride on a Harley was a key reason I joined this program. Learning on an enduro somewhere else didn’t feel as practical. Dan has so much experience and patience and was able to help us build our basic skills in such a way that we can continue to build on that foundation. Highly recommend this course. Highly recommend Dan!

The instructor for my class at the dealership on August 14-16 2024 was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better coach. Highly recommend paying the extra to go to this class vs the cheap one at the colleges.
