Went in to trade and buy 2 new phones. Worker was trying to rush us the whole time, wouldn't listen to anything we were saying. Kept taking my phone to look at something she'll never find, even though I told her 5 different times. She just kept saying "Oh gotcha 🤓👍" then kept looking at my phone for another 20 minutes. She said we only had 10 minutes which I understand y'all about to close but if you want a sale, why not let us know what to do to come in at a later date then rushing us and trying to force everything today? Terrible customer service. Not going through Verizon anymore because of how annoying and bad she was🤦♂️

We went to the Miller Rd. store to get help with my phone service and was "helped" by Dion. He spent most of the time talking to the other employees and put me on the phone with a customer service representative and walked away instead of helping me. When I accidentally hung up on the customer service representative, he came over and yelled at me. I'm not tech savvy and I'm old (I'm 71). I'm not real happy with how we were treated. When I come to the store for help, I'd like actual help.

All they can do is send you to the web, or call someone else.

Thanks so much Najah for all your help. I appreciate you making my visit not only easy but fun. Your knowledge on service plans and accessories made this visit beyond the best I've ever had. To anyone in the area. Ask for Najah as she can surely help you in service plan for verizon. Her go getter attitude and above and beyond service is worth the visit in-store. Thanks again!

My husband came into the store 11/7/24 to troubleshoot his phone. It wouldn’t connect to the network. The associate working made zero effort to fix it, and said there was an outage in the area. I went to the network outage map, there was 0 outages reported in Genesee county. The associate made no effort to help. After multiple troubleshooting steps today the phone was broken, instead of making an insurance claim we bought a new phone. I made sure not to buy the phone at this location since it is clear you are not interested in helping unless it’s something you can make your commission off of. If the associate working made even a tiny bit of effort, they would have gotten a new phone sale. I recommend you choose the Fenton location or just buy your upgrade online.

After being hung up on many times via their service reps in the Philippines, we made an appointment with Verizon store in Flint and FINALLY had success with a person. They were extremely helpful in resolving an issue caused by their service reps originally. Worse service, especially for a business account. Looking for another source which actually uses reps in the USA instead of waiting over a half hour and constantly being "dropped/disconnected" each attempt to get service corrections.

Honestly. Weren't helpful at all, well. The first two young greeting girls. AT ALL. glad I checked, I walked out with a wrong phone case(too big), she exchanged them tried telling me they were the same price. They weren't. She owed me money. Glad I pay attention. Just purchased a $1200 phone. Needed to go back in again to have another gal register my network since my other phone wasnt accessible..(dark hair with blue) very helpful! Back to the greeting girls..Asked her where the phone chargers are. She hands me just a Belkin Port? Verizon charges $30 to help set up. UGH. Recommend Clio location!!

I stopped by to ask if they could shut off a cell phone. I was told to go to the 800-922# I find that very odd that they can turn in a new phone to the Miller Road store but can not turn off one. So I get stuck in the phone circle of pressing buttons, not talking to a real person, then being put on Hold so that a real person in some other country can assist me and I have to repeat myself as to what I need done 🤔

We have used the Miller location many times to upgrade or get tech assistance. The last two visits, over 3-4 years, with appointments, were good. Dave and a female long time associate...can't remember her name, were extremely patient and helpful when we purchased newer phones. Will continue to use Miller road location...they are experienced and want to make things right. This last visit entailed Dave connecting husband's new hearing aids to the new Galaxy phone. Lots of patience and so pleasant. Thank you. One last thing, was difficult when calling to make appointment thru call center.....never directly to this location. That needs improvement. Make it simple online process, like we do for Quest Diagnostics. Very easy process. Please research how you can improve.
