I had a 9:40 appt. For Covid vaccine and flu shot. The line to check in wasn't long bit took forever to move. The QR code to check in was blocked so I didn't see it right away. I checked in and waited to be called but they took the walking before me so I left

I am very sorry to share add staff here at the pharmacy is very slow I spend almost an hour and 5 minutes and later find out let my insurance is not going to cover my antibiotic which is not true the pharmacist don't know how to run the insurance most probably because of the new stuff and not trained well this is the Dilemma at right now all across the country staff is not properly trained and qualified to bring it on the floor to serve the customers so I have to give two stars based on my experience at tonight.

The pharmacy tech was very helpful in finding a discount code for my medication because the insurance did not approve it. She went above and beyond. My wait time inside was about 15 minutes before being called to the counter.

They are very disorganized and deceiving as I placed my prescription online as they instructed through a link on my phone it seemed to work well even gave me an update that the prescription was ready I drove there I showed them the message do you know they didn't even carry the prescription so how might it be ready ?? How this place is a joke all these people work here and everything disorganized!! I'm telling my insurance you lied too

I understand that they have a lot of new customers but we just spent over an hour in the Drive-Thru just to be told we had to wait another 15 minutes because they didn't fill one of my prescriptions. Three people could hear me talking and not one of them even apologized. I will never be back here for anything. In fact I will never go to a Walgreens this was my first time ever and it will be my last.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. They wouldn't fill my prescription after waiting over an hour in line. Then the following day, I sent it to a different pharmacy. After I sent it elsewhere, they filled it which blocked it being filled elsewhere.

Once again here it is on a Sunday and I called in my refills. They are out of stock again. I get this medicine every month for years yet out of stock. Now I'm without my meds again until I can contact my Doctor to get a different script. I will no longer be a customer. Lousey service! Shows you how well DEI works!
