This was by far my worst experience with Walgreens. The wait time was ridiculous and why have two lanes if you can only handle one. I was so angry these people saw me and waited on 3 more customers in the 1st lane. I'm like HELLO I've been waiting like 20 minutes! By the time they waited on me my fast food sandwich was ice cold!

I've had nothing but problems since having to switch from Rite Aid. Back and forth on if your script is ready or not, Dr sends scripts repeatedly and they don't get it. Will definitely be switching somewhere else. My husband has also had similar problems and a friend has also had problems with getting prescriptions.

I understand your business was suddenly overran when all of the local Rite Aids closed and they passed prescriptions there. However, I visited in store for long running and non controlled substance scripts and was told they didn't fill them because they don't accept my insurance. Little did they know, I was there with someone who has THE EXACT SAME PLAN as me (we live together and literally have the same plan), and they were in front of me in line and got their scripts no problem. I do not appreciate being lied to, and going without my blood pressure meds while I worked to get my scripts transferred to Meijer. Shame on your employee and pharmacist.

If you call the pharmacy , it sometimes takes up to 15 mins . For them to even answer the phone, only for them to tell you that your prescription refill won't be available for 3-5 days.

I have never experienced a level of fury as what I have experienced with this pharmacy today. I called to verify that they had a medication on hand to fill a prescription for my six month old, they verified that they did have it in stock and took her information. The prescription was being sent from another pharmacy, so they told me it would be a couple of hours to fill. When I arrived at the pharmacy, they informed me that the call-center person did not actually complete my daughters profile with the information I provided her, and they were backed up with about 56 prescriptions to enter. They told me that it would be filled by 1 o’clock, a couple of hours later. I am not from the area, so my baby and I sat in the truck for two hours before I contacted the pharmacy again to get an update on the status. The staff at the pharmacy told me they would do her prescription right now and to head inside. Once inside, the technician came and told me that they do not in fact have the medication On hand and would not be able to fill it today. This is all after hours and hours of waiting in my vehicle with my six month old baby trying to be patient because of how Busy the staff was. I am now back to square one, trying to find someone to fill a prescription at the end of the day, my daughter will be out of daycare and additional day due to not being able to start her medication today, and I am having a hard time getting the script transferred back to a different pharmacy. I called to complain to the call center and was told I would receive a call back, I was also told that the pharmacist would try to find someone else to fill the prescription for me, but that since I am not from the area, it would be easier if I just called myself (Which Is what I did this morning before I found this location who supposedly had the prescription on hand). Absolutely furious and wish I could give 0 stars.

Due to Rite Aid's closure my prescriptions were automatically transferred to this Walgreens. I had a prescription for lamictal to be filled here. I came in to pick up the following day just to be told I wouldn't get it for a WHOLE WEEK. THIS IS AN EPILEPSY MEDICATION. This medication is WILDLY UNSAFE to come off cold turkey. People can and will die at the hands of this pharmacy due to this level of negligence. I have been ill for days because of it. I was offered no solution but to risk my safety and health. I will be switching pharmacies immediately. There is no excuse for this. GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

This pharmacy is horrible! The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. Get your prescriptions anywhere else but here.

Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. On multiple occasions, they've taken days to fill my prescriptions, and twice, I've shown up to find that only half of my prescription has been filled. They act as if you don't need your meds NOW. On top of that, the pharmacist himself will LIE to you. When I switched pharmacies, I was first told my prescriptions would be faxed to my new pharmacy, and it never happened. When I called to inquire as to why, I was told the pharmacist would "call it in right now." That, also, never happened, and his story was that he called my new pharmacy, and they told him that "It could wait until tomorrow." I know that's a lie, because I was physically standing in front of my new pharmacist when I was told this lie, and I was told, "Yeah, we always have a problem with Walgreens." Worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever used.

The store is ok. It’s the pharmacy! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I’ve never seen anything like it. Scripts were everywhere. In the bins, on the counter, piled up by pharmacist waiting to b put in correctly named bin. Insane. My script experience at this Walgreens: Dr sends prescription. I waited 3 hrs before going to pick it up. Only to find out it not only wasn’t ready, but they claimed Dr. never called it in. That was a lie. I SAW my dr send it over. Obviously I went elsewhere. Got it within half an hour.
