The Pharmacy process is HORRIBLE! You get sent to local dispatch and never get to talk to the actual Pharmacy. It's a HUGE hassle to transfer your prescriptions to another competent pharmacy they won't deal with them on a secure line. You think your prescription is ready but all your talking to is "Central Dispatch" and the actual pharmacy doesn't have your medication. Its been a huge hassle to transfer to better pharmacy but well worth it so I won't have to deal with them anymore. All the hassle comes from Walgreens...!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. So incredibly rude, ignorant, and lazy. My boyfriend got his script filled there and they only gave him half the script… then had an attitude with him because he pointed out the mistake. Sad these people spend all that time and money on going to school to be pharmacist and they are still that ignorant. Next time this happens I WILL be reporting them to the DEA.

Only been going to this Walgreens for 3 scripts. And every one ive had a problem. One med they only gave me half of the amount i was supposed to get and they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. The pharmacist himself wouldnt admit they counted my pills wrong. The pharmacist tossed the rest of my pills at me and said there you go. Making 6 figures youd think you could count to 60 or own up to your mistake. If i could give 0 stars i would. I suggest everyone who gets their scripts there to count their pills. You may be being shorted.

Went into the drive thru to do a pick up. Jamie said my insurance on file was inactive that I needed to get off & show her my insurance card inside. Heather attends me inside the store, who was very rude & unprofessional. Told me that where was my pharmacy card that goes with my insurance, that the Anthem card I was showing her was not accurate. Which is false. Once I told her that I recently picked up my prenatal medication, she runs the insurance, which was active, not what Jamie told me in the drive thru, & told me that I still do need a pharmacy card even though it worked. She also told me that I am lucky that she didn’t let me leave without re-billing it because she could have. That it was most likely a manufacturing change. Okay? What does that have to do with everything said about my insurance card. Honestly, this was a waste of time. If your employees who get paid great money in the pharmacy that don’t want to do their due diligence, you need to start looking for new team members. Heather & Jaime are the reasons why I am going to change pharmacies. I spoke with Stephen, the manager on duty, in hopes that he can do something because this was all a waste of time. Things that were accurate on file, being told to my face lies that I need some invisible pharmacy card, my insurance was inactive, etc. DO YOUR JOB

When I started using Walgreens it was fine had no big issues. Over the last year or so they have absolutely sucked. I put in my refills on medication I have refills on only to have them canceled or put that I have to call the pharmacy. Only for them to have you on hold for over an hour with no answer. If I finally do talk to someone they have an attitude like I was the problem for calling. Oh and don’t get me started on the crap of an app they have or the “ready by” time they give you. Your medication is never ready when it says it will be and the app doesn’t update or give you accurate updates. The wrong pharmacy closed that’s for sure. Moving my medication and all our family’s someplace else at this point. They suck and it’s not just this location.

On hold for 15 min to only be hung up on. Have had problems at two of their locations. Tell you pills are not filled yet after waiting in line to get them later and have yesterday's fill date on the bottles. The wrong pharmacy chain has closed, it should have been this chain.

The walgreen pharmacy is a joke. They always are insanely slow and show no respect. From one pharmacist telling my sister and I to wait for her prescription and then closing the gate to having my mom and I wait for prescriptions. This time I am just blown away at how slow they do the prescriptions. I have been sitting in the drive through for OVER thirty minutes and still two cars ahead of me. Even when I go to get vaccinated that is scheduled I am waiting over an hour for it. Only for them to say sorry no I can’t get a tetanus shot. It is a joke. Not professional AT ALL!

Hope you don't need any meds for vacation. If so, get them a week early because I arrived at 5 minutes before lunch. There was a couple at the window when I got there. They walked away and I stepped up to the counter only to have the barrier shutting in my face. I explained that I was leaving town but the barrier still closed. Needless to say, I left town empty. Thanks a lot for nothing. I was the only person in line. Transferring all other meds to Walmart. Will not shop here again.

Just had a covid test done at this location. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and I felt well taken care of. I usually go to the Ballenger/Beecher location but I think I’ll make this my go-to store now. Thank you Bill!

I am a prescriber and tried for 45 minutes to get through to the pharmacy to simply call in a medication for a patient nobody ever answer the phone I was just placed on hold tried to call back several times same thing happened horrible pharmacy

MOST UNEDUCATED RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY KNOW NOTHING UNLESS THEY CAN READ IT OFF A SCREEN, IF IT FALLS OUT OF THEIR LITTLE BOX OF KNOWLEDGE THEN YOUR SOL. WAS GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWLS FROM SOME MEDICATION DUE TO THIS PHARMACY THEY KEPT TRYING TO SAY MY DOCTORS OFFICE WAS TO BLAME BUT THEN MY DOCTORS OFFICE SHOWED ME THE PROOF THAT IS SHOULD OF BEEN FILLED A WEEK PRIOR THAT WALGREENS WAS JUST HOLDING IT. MY DOCTORS OFFICE CALLED AND LAID INTO THEM AND MY MEDICINE IS NOW GETTING FILLED BUT IN THE MEAN TIME I BEEN VERY ILL DUE TO THEIR OWN LACK OF KNOWING HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS MY DOCTORS OFFICE FAULT BUT THE EVIDANCE SHOWED OTHERWISE.
