Ever since they took over Rite Aids patients it has gotten really bad. Long wait times, medication not in stock, newly hired staff that has no business working in the medical field. Some of the techs are completely incompetent.

Poorly trained staff. Long wait times. Always have to get a partial fill or wait one to two days to get a prescription filled. Since rite aid closed this place is a nightmare

Every time I ask a question no one there seems to know the answer. It’s always some back and forth and I never get the information I need. There are extremely long waits to get your prescriptions filled and sometimes you only get partial fill or it’s out of stock.

All of our local Rite Aids closed and since then this place has been a nightmare. Extreme waits only to be told that your script hasn't been filled and you have to wait even longer, or even better, you get a partial fill and need to come back and repeat the process within a few days. This is after getting a text saying your script is ready for pickup and then you get to the counter or window for the staff to say it must be a computer error and they have no idea how that was sent out. Not just a once off bad experience, I've had 4 scripts filled and have yet to have one go right or timely. Fingers crossed for real competition again cause holy crap do we need it.

This review posted from the lobby of Walgreens after I had to come inside to do part 2 of my wait when my "confirmed filled" script wasn't ready again after waiting 40+ min in drive thru.

We recently had someone discharged from the hospital after spending one month in the hospital to be told half the scripts were sent to a off site location to be filled in 2 or 3 days. That's truly unacceptable and to call back and to be told they could be ready in an hour they just sent them not because the stuff wasn't in stock but because they were being filled by an off site location. I waited for 4 and had to come back and hour and a half later when it was about 15 techs on the floor it was wild.... what's the level of importance??

Overall, I haven’t had good experiences at this Walgreens. It’s taken them well over 24 hour to fill very important prescriptions, I’ve ordered photos through them and they’ve completely missed printing a few pictures, and tonight when I went to check out the team member at the front counter, Justin, scanned my things and clicked next. I said I wanted to put in my phone number for points and he said it didn’t do much anyways and wouldn’t let me. Overall quite dissatisfied.

Used to be good but ever since rite aid closed and they went 24 hours everything is a complete mess. We can’t get any scripts filled in a timely manner (my daughter has been without adhd meds for days because they apparently don’t have them anywhere in state). Wait times are always lengthy and the new staff is generally very rude and short. Transferring all of our scripts elsewhere.

I am very sorry to share add staff here at the pharmacy is very slow I spend almost an hour and 5 minutes and later find out let my insurance is not going to cover my antibiotic which is not true the pharmacist don't know how to run the insurance most probably because of the new stuff and not trained well this is the Dilemma at right now all across the country staff is not properly trained and qualified to bring it on the floor to serve the customers so I have to give two stars based on my experience at tonight.

I had a 9:40 appt. For Covid vaccine and flu shot. The line to check in wasn't long bit took forever to move. The QR code to check in was blocked so I didn't see it right away. I checked in and waited to be called but they took the walking before me so I left

They are very disorganized and deceiving as I placed my prescription online as they instructed through a link on my phone it seemed to work well even gave me an update that the prescription was ready I drove there I showed them the message do you know they didn't even carry the prescription so how might it be ready ?? How this place is a joke all these people work here and everything disorganized!! I'm telling my insurance you lied too
