This is our favorite drug store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and able to recommend over the counter vitamins, pain meds, cold meds, and health related hardware (canes, crutches, and more).My wife likes the selection of makeup and the full refund return policy for opened products.Unfortunately they sell cigarettes which conflicts with their promotion of good health. Corporate should stop selling these nationwide.

This is a very frustrating Walgreens. My mother went to pick up my dad’s script and even though she called to verify it was ready when she got there they said it wasn’t, so she came home empty handed. It turns out they had his name with a suffix so they just didn’t look his name up right. So both my elderly parents had to go to the pharmacy for no reason. Terrible customer service.

For the past year, I had been getting my prescriptions filled here. Every single month, they have forgotten to fill one of my prescriptions and then I have to come back later to get my second one. It’s especially upsetting because they will call and message and leave 100 voicemails until I pick up my prescriptions, and they never have both filled. They tell me to call ahead and the times I have called it’s a process to actually get someone on the phone to confirm if both prescriptions are ready. They will just keep it on hold forever. The last 3 months this Walgreens had even messaged me saying “both of your prescriptions are ready” and once I got there they said “that was a mistake and only one has been filled”. I have tried talking to them about it many times to see how the situation can be remedied and they say just to call ahead, but again that isn’t always practical. They also aren’t always kind and open to having the discussion to figure out what is going on. I have even asked my provider if they could do something when they submit the prescriptions but they said it’s the pharmacy’s issue.

Everyone who works here are extremely rude. They are slow through the drive thru, expect to wait 30 minutes and don’t be superset when they ask you to wait another 15-20 bc they haven’t even started your prescription. 5 different medications for me and mu daughter I have made at least 3 trips each medication and talked to the managers. Nothing changes. Oh and let’s talk about how they ignore you to send a quick text.

First time ever experienced bad service at pharmacy department, she was rude , unhappy person working today, will never step a foot in this location again. I will deal with private pharmacy much better.

This location is by far worse than any crack dealer working out of a broken down van.They never have scripts in stock and don't have any empathy when THEY screw up.They screw up script amounts and $ all the time.Have screwy hours vs the store.I have no clue why Rite aid closed but I am looking into buying a building and opening "NOT LIKE WALGREENS" as the name.

Excellent customer service! I called to see if they had a product before I traveled there. The man that answered was very kind patient and helpful. When he picked up the line to let us know he did have what we needed, he offered to take it upfront for when we came in. Very good customer service!

After many many years, today’s experience will be the last. Lady in pharmacy was AWFUL, the new app is unusable and useless, so you have to call to get info. The single worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. For me to leave a bad review takes some doing, she succeeded! The first Bad review I’ve ever left! Congratulations Walgreens GB

The pharmacist and the techs here are great. They are helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. For my last three Rx fills, their have been issues (not with the pharmacy), but each time they want above and beyond to correct whatever had gone wrong. I will be coming here for all of my prescriptions in the future.

Walgreen's pharmacy on E. Pierson Rd, Flint has a very rude manager. I requested a prescription on line and was issued the wrong prescription at car-pickup. I didn't see it until I got home. I called and got it cleared up. Went back the next day and picked up the correct one. The pharmacy wouldn't take the incorrect drug back (which I understand), but I noticed the next day that I was still charged for it, as was my insurance. I called back and was told I had to speak to the manager three days later. I called three days later, explained the situation and the manager (Brandon) pretty much called me a liar and said I had ordered the drug. "I have a paper trail." The drug was no longer on my active refill and I had gotten a prescription of the same drug (in correct dosage) 3 days before. Why would I order it again? He was argumentative from step one. I'm not sure I've ever spoken to a store-clerk that was that rude. I now have to go elsewhere, though the other people in the pharmacy have always been helpful.
