Serious question...why is everyone at the pharmacy always so angry here? I've never had a good experience with getting any vaccines. The pharmacy techs act like I'm a bother and it takes forever to check in. Like, I'm just trying to get my flu shot. Lmao. I avoid coming here.

My girlfriend works at this store and she literally says that she has the most amazing mangers and on top that she's one of the sweetest people she literally says hi to every single person that walks in.

I have used this pharmacy a few times. This time, when I needed them to go the extra step for me, they took off running for me. I needed some meds right away and they were not in stock. Not only did the pharmacist tech call all other Walgreens, they called competitors until they found it for me. Additionally, after finding out my insurance wouldn't cover the Rx (boo!) they found me the best price. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Worst Walgreens ever, and that's no lie. This place is horrible. It isn't clean, correct/sale prices aren't ever registered into the computer, the lines are ridiculous, store employees lately seem lazy and rude, and customer service is nada. Every single cash register transaction appears to require a manager to help complete (because prices are never uploaded into their computers), yet they're never around. Recently, it took several minutes (maybe approximately 8 minutes at least) for a manager to show up to unfreeze the computer for the customer before me. Are you kidding??? Never mind they never have more than one line open while various employees roam the store aimlessly without getting behind a register to keep the lines moving. Thanks a lot! The parking lot is a mess, people constantly complain to clerks about the Red Box outside and the pharmacy is a disaster. The pharmacy is inundated with crazy behavior every day, which is why I refuse to use their pharmacy anymore. They just say to everyone, "use the drive-thru." Hello, nobody is going to sit in the drive-thru for an hour waiting on an R/X in this town! This is Flint, people. Get real, management! If you're not accosted by a panhandler when exiting your vehicle , then it's your lucky day because it happens more often than not these days. Store selection seems very inadequate and they seem to be consistently out of publicized sale items. Oh, and they close at midnight now. What good is this Walgreens if they aren't open 24/7 anymore? I don't see a reason to shop this Walgreens store when there appears to be a pharmacy on every corner around town, including several Walgreens in the area. I'll skip this one and go to Rite-Aid from now on. At least they sell liquor, not just beer and wine, plus they're prices are uploaded correctly into their computers.
