"Tad was my customer service agent and he was rude and inept at best. He quoted me a price and it was a lie. The difference between the quoted price and the actual price was $50+. The second trip to the store I got stuck with Tad who again lied and I ended up speaking with a manager who also quoted me a fraudulent price. This company is out of control and needs to be held accountable."
"I rate a -0 if option!? I do like the quality of service but Worst customer service EVER!! Which outweighs service!! If you go in person to return equipment make sure you keep your receipt and watch your bill, clear your sch you will be there for hours! (in line ridiculous!) Short staff and Staff are rude and do not document appropriately when you return items. You then have to cont to spend hours on the phone for the same issues!! Being over charged for returned items , have to fax proof several times, cont to be charged for,, argue to have taken off, charges increase after you were promised a certain price, they do not document , very seldom keep their word!! I spent few hours sending an email which stated I wanted to handle via email not spending anymore time on telephone and after many responses and time I was told I had to call and speak to a specific customer serv rep. If you don't catch the rep within a certain time frame (family emergencies arose) they refuse to speak to you even if they promise they will take care of you & they value you as customer service.I must say there were a few good service rep but the bad outweigh all of the good! They do NOT want you to email ! They want you to waste hours on the phone so you can be told the same lies!! Its a cycle! I have a 2 notebooks full of notes as well as several emails!About to say good bye out of patience!& wasting my time!! Esp after being lied to and cont broken promises!"
"Absolutely trash. Since they have a legal monopoly on my area, I have no choice but to pay for this. I set up my account online, then was told I had to call to “confirm my order” and was subsequently placed on hold for 2 hours until the calling lines closed at 9pm. It won’t let me setup my account online or do anything else. Tried to setup my xfinity account online and none of the services worked. I don’t even have their service yet and am extremely disappointed. Had no money taking my money, but won’t let me confirm it"
"Was dreading going, but my wait was less than 15 minutes (11:30 am). Once I met with a rep I was out the door in a few minutes, she was quick exchanging my equipment. New place is nicer than airport location."
"I too was trying to drop off equipment that should have never been sent to me, as I only needed to transfer my old equipment to my new address. The greeter was friendly and took the equipment I did not need. I then had to wait for another customer service assistant. I assumed this was to clear up the fact that I now had 2 bills going for the same address. The lady, cashier 16, quickly told me the wrong information and that there was nothing she could do for me. She tried telling me I only had one account and that I needed the new equipment. I told her that that was incorrect, my old equipment was already set up and was working fine. She told me it had the wrong serial number and would quit working soon. This was also incorrect as I have spoken to Comcast on the phone since. She was very short and seemed a bit passive aggressive. I don't really know what the point of her job was. Every other customer assistant appeared to be arguing with the customers. Not a friendly place."
