  • "Absolutely trash. Since they have a legal monopoly on my area, I have no choice but to pay for this. I set up my account online, then was told I had to call to “confirm my order” and was subsequently placed on hold for 2 hours until the calling lines closed at 9pm. It won’t let me setup my account online or do anything else. Tried to setup my xfinity account online and none of the services worked. I don’t even have their service yet and am extremely disappointed. Had no money taking my money, but won’t let me confirm it"
  • "Was dreading going, but my wait was less than 15 minutes (11:30 am). Once I met with a rep I was out the door in a few minutes, she was quick exchanging my equipment. New place is nicer than airport location."
  • "So fast and friendly! This store is a huge improvement from the old bunker by the airport. There was an error made in my equipment exchange, but they were so good to deal with that I don't mind going back to get it fixed."
  • "I too was trying to drop off equipment that should have never been sent to me, as I only needed to transfer my old equipment to my new address. The greeter was friendly and took the equipment I did not need. I then had to wait for another customer service assistant. I assumed this was to clear up the fact that I now had 2 bills going for the same address. The lady, cashier 16, quickly told me the wrong information and that there was nothing she could do for me. She tried telling me I only had one account and that I needed the new equipment. I told her that that was incorrect, my old equipment was already set up and was working fine. She told me it had the wrong serial number and would quit working soon. This was also incorrect as I have spoken to Comcast on the phone since. She was very short and seemed a bit passive aggressive. I don't really know what the point of her job was. Every other customer assistant appeared to be arguing with the customers. Not a friendly place."
