I brought my 13 yr old granddaughter here for knee therapy. Everyone that works here is great. She is shy but the friendly therapists made her feel welcome and at ease. They worked her hard but she loved coming here. Her knee is much improved. Would highly recommend this facility.

During the 1st 4 of my 12 sessions I have found the personnel to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to select a treatment regimen that is physically challenging but not beyond my abilities. I like these folks and their facility.

I have been receiving PT for a total hip replacement for about 2 wks. As I progress I have longer duration physical activity. I see progress in both endurance and flexibility. Phil has a funny, caring personality and works hard to make my experience both helpful as well as NOT BORING! I would definitely recommend ATI to anyone in need of PT

Poor management and operations for sure. After a back injury from work, I was ordered by the insurance company to come here for physical therapy and that was before I was ever diagnosed and given a treatment plan. I thought that was a bad idea but the insurance company and ATI both assured me they would give me the proper care. I called ATI with the insurance company on the phone and had asked if they had any ability to do xrays and they said no and would treat me for "general lower back pain". After my 3rd visit there, i was in more pain than my original injury, so bad i had to go to the ER to get a CT scan. They found L4 and L5 were ruptured and L5 and S1 were bulging on the other side of the disc. Once that was established, ATI's therapy treatment had changed completely and they only offered me two more therapy sessions. After my diagnosis. The insurance company had me see a physician that referred me to a pain management specialist and he also suggested i continue therapy. Fast forward a month and a half later, the insurance company has been dragging out scheduling therapy but is now setting up appointments again for me until ATI said its been too long and i need a new referral and want me to go see a doctor again. Im not being scheduled for almost 2 months to see my current doctor so how in the world am i supposed to get a new referral before then? The stupidity of that line of thinking is just maddening. ATI had no idea how to care for me before my diagnosis and once i got the diagnosis, they wanted nothing to do with any further care and came up with these excuses about the insurance company and my referral when the insurance company was literally on the phone with me and them at the same time trying to schedule therapy. Absolutely mind blowing how poor the operations are here.

ATI helped me a lot . When I first came I couldn't walk without a cane or stand straight. I am now walking without pain. I thank the pt workers.
