“best place in Genesee county to get your parts looked everywhere no one had them in stock or could order them within the time frame I needed them will recommend this auto parts store to anybody and everybody I know just from The experience today”
“I hate shopping for Autoparts especially for my vehicle which has 10 different parts for everything. So on 5-17-25 I head up to AutoZone on Pierson Road. I talk to a man by the name of Brandon ( the store manager) omg does he know his stuff. Another man by the name of Mark helped me to. Absolutely wonderful people. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Took care of my return and got me what I needed! Brandon thank you so much for everything you did for me!!”
“Excellent Service! Very compassionate and competitive to everyone else out there! Sticking with my local guys for Service! Thank You ProTech! Keep it up Dave and Mike! Excellent TEAM!”
“I've had them work on two of my vehicles now and can't say anything bad. They're super nice and thorough, and they take pride in restoring cars the right way. They even go the extra mile and detailed the inside of my cars upon return!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Kenny at Advance Auto Parts. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, explain everything in clear, easy to understand terms, and answer every question without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
Instead of simply recommending products, Kenny walked me through my engine, showed me how to check my oil, explained what each fluid and filter does, and helped me understand the maintenance my Bronco actually needs now versus what can wait. His honesty, patience, and knowledge were truly refreshing.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer service and takes the time to educate you, ask for Kenny. He’s an incredible asset to Advance Auto Parts, and I’ll definitely be back because of the experience he provided.”
