“10/10 would recommend. Amazing service and communication. I’ve taken 4 of my vehicles to horns over the last 10 years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. From backing into my grandma and needing 2 of our cars repaired, to having two accidents. One of my accidents being a total loss, they communicated with my insurance with no issue both times. Also good for other body issues, dents and scratches.”

“Love this place , they have a lot of deals and selection. Highly recommend. The website a little goofy. Maybe it's my phone or Internet! Who knows go inside see what deal you can get after you checked out the compitan. Aron was the best but has since moved on . Let's see if they keep the A + service he brought. Note : I am still driving the vehicle's I bought threw him trouble free.”

“Jim was great at transforming our BMW X1! A tree fell against the side in a storm. Two of the largest Buik and Cadillac dealerships body shops in Saginaw told us that they could not repair it. Jim said it was going to look perfect and it was not a big deal. The result was as if the accident never happened. They even detailed the vehicle inside and out. Professional and talented!”

“Jeremey at American Automobile Collision repainted my dad's 1971 Honda CT70 Mini Bike. I'm thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and the quality of the work! Its hard to describe the thoroughness of the job. But he applied 2 coats of etching primer, 1 coat of primer sealer, 3 coats of color basecoat, 5 coats of candy tint and finally 2 coats of premium clear coat. It turned out beautiful! No exaggeration! Highly recommend his work! I will add a completed project photo later!”

“My truck battery died… this morning… in their parking lot. The voltage dial was moving around a little, Jake wasn’t alarmed by it and seemed very familiar with the issue. I needed an alternator. Jake got me up and rolling so fast, I ended up making it to work today. I love my 2008 Silverado (Lucy) and Jake took excellent care of her. He even tried to explain AC/DC and conversion stuff and I really WANT to understand it but I do not and he didn’t make me feel like an idiot. He even set my clock. 😀 I’ve been taking Lucy here for years. The work they do is top notch, they don’t use garbage parts and they are honest. Any work they’ve ever done has lasted a really long time. I asked Jake about what I should look for when I eventually do end up getting another car and he gave me some great thinks to avoid. He really knows so much about the intricate madness of automobiles. I edited to add something about type of service but “alternator” isn’t an option so I went with battery / electrical / and there was some diagnostic stuff done first.”
