1 star because they deserve it. The silver 2013 ford explorer. (Rear bumper sensors) now collision malfunction warning lights after crash that they repaired.
You don’t have a record of the owner because the owner (me) didn’t have a conversation with insurance or autopride on issues until the day of pick up.

Auto Pride Flushing did an excellent job on my repairs, they were timely courteous and professional. To my surprise when I picked it up they had detailed it inside and out, it was spotless!

The repair was faster than expected, once I got it in. There was a two week wait for the appointment. I did not have rental car coverage and they gave me a Loaner vehicle for 7 days, complimentary, which was a huge blessing! I keep my car clean, as a personal practice, but one question asked if it was returned cleaned - no - it wasn’t. But it wasn’t necessary, either. I was very satisfied and would recommend.

Had somebody back into my car and smash my rear driver door. Insurance told me I’d be contacted within 48 hours to schedule an appointment, they called me in about 10 minutes. Guy at the desk called Enterprise for me to get my rental and when they put him on hold, he had somebody drive me up to Enterprise. Samantha was great and updated me throughout the whole process. Got my car back on the day it was promised and the whole car was clean, inside and out. Let me leave my rental at the shop and took care of calling Enterprise for me again. Great experience overall and made the best out of a major inconvenience for me

Very fast and professional. Vehicle was done before estimated date. They even handle the car rental return. Hopefully I don’t hit anymore deer but if I do I know where to go.

They did a fantastic job on repairing my Acadia. Adam and Samantha kept me updated through the whole process so I always knew what was going on and the repair work was fantastic. My truck looks brand new! I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know and use them again in the future if I should need work.

Highly recommend Auto pride of flushing. They scheduled my appointment with ease and had my vehicle looking new again and even got it back a day before it was scheduled. Chris kept in contact with me during the entire process. If you want your vehicle to be in good hands and returned looking like it came from the dealership this is your place!
