I hate shopping for Autoparts especially for my vehicle which has 10 different parts for everything. So on 5-17-25 I head up to AutoZone on Pierson Road. I talk to a man by the name of Brandon ( the store manager) omg does he know his stuff. Another man by the name of Mark helped me to. Absolutely wonderful people. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Took care of my return and got me what I needed! Brandon thank you so much for everything you did for me!!

Came in with a check engine light. Jody scanned my vehicle and gave me the fix I needed and what parts I would need. Took less than 5 minutes. Very helpful!!!

This is by far one of the best AutoZone Stores I have ever been in! Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Came in or a lug nut that other part stores couldn't find and even the Zone computer said didn't have but your team dug deep and without the computer found what I needed. As always thanks AutoZone team you were great again

I believe this location has hired some new people because what used to be a great store has gone downhill fast.
As a business owner, I'd be horrified if one of my staff treated a customer how I was treated in this store yesterday.
I came in to get a new battery for my car which I was told required "professional installation". I've changed the battery myself twice previously in this car without any issues.
However, I was recently in a horrible car accident and have been having issues with my carpal tunnel ever since, and didn't want to change the battery myself this time. I even offered to pay extra for installation. The woman behind the counter told me that they "do not have enough staff working right now to install the battery" I was the ONLY customer in the store, and there were three employees (that I saw, there could have been more).
I ended up getting a battery elsewhere and unfortunately had to install it myself, which took me all of 10 minutes, even with my carpal tunnel.
These people have no business working in an auto parts store. What if an elderly person needed some assistance with a battery? Someone who has more of a physical limitation than I had?
If you can't install a battery, don't work at the auto parts store.

I went here yesterday to get some spark plugs, one of the workers with a foreign (British) accent was very rude, I've never been treated so horrible at an Autozone before, his co-worker just shook her head as she witnessed his attitude..maybe this is "normal " but highly unprofessional...I won't be shipping here Ever again!!!!
They deserve Negative ratings for their negative treatment of customers!!

They charge the public double /triple so they can sell to commerical companies at a loss so they can get their business! Highway Robbery! and shame on any local car dealers using auto zone! use locally owned auto parts! Auto Zone is garbage and not locally owned! 268 for a monroe strut i found in flint same strut for only like 160!!! they cheat the public back yard mechanic to get into places like Joels etc,,,, DuraJunk!
