They provide excellent customer service, testing pool water, keeping records, and giving detailed advice without selling unnecessary items. The team is accommodating, often available for same-day service, and works to get pools crystal clean. While slightly more expensive than some, the personal service is considered worth it. A deposit on chlorine containers is required, but overall customers have zero complaints. They are regarded as the best and most professional pool people around.
The most knowledgeable people in the business. They test your water and give tons of advice. I don't mind spending a couple more bucks on chemicals here knowing the kind of customer service they give.
