Had a price discrepancy at the North Flint location that the customer service desk could not resolve. so I called the Store Director. She never apologized, offered to do anything, and has never called me back. Proper customer service is absent in today's business world. And upper management is puzzled as to why some folks can't operate or lead a store.

Customer service at this location was good but the ordering process was beyond horrible! I ordered Christmas decorations 6 weeks before Christmas and was told my order would be there in 2 days. My order wasn't there and will not be there before Christmas. If they would have told me 2 days after the order that it wouldn't be there and I could have went somewhere else. They wouldn't even sell me the display. Too late to get what I wanted, so They ruined my plans for decorating this year!

I came in today and bought stuff to tile my bathroom and Gabe and Brandy were a big help. They loaded the cart from the shelves pushed it to the register for me and also loaded my car while keeping pleasant conversation.

I technically work in customer service. Do you know that an apology is better than nothing at all when someone is upset. I pulled up to curbside service at like literally 6:02 and checked in The thing just says we will be with you shortly thank you for checking in. I waited out there for 20 minutes before calling the store and having to let it ring for over 2 minutes before getting in touch with someone for the curbside pickup and having her answer the phone and tell me this

We are in the midst of a pandemic and I know Home Depot is even busier now cause people are bored and want something to do. Home Depot should only be ship or curbside. They do have essentials. But you could pick a water heater or whatever curbside. Home Depot only sees dollar signs and don’t care if the coronavirus is spreading.It has spread fast in Michigan and will continue if these stores stay open. Think of your community Home Depot and do the right thing. No one in the store but employees.

True to form. The Home Depot’s customer service is inexplicably underwhelming. When you’re told someone will be right there to get a simple house key cut and you patiently wait over 15 minutes,...? Like I said, true to form. I expect nothing more from The Home Depot. Patronize Gii-Roy’s right down the road. They have customer service to near perfection. Money well spent at that store.

I HAVE BEEN PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOME DEPOT HAS IMPROVED HELPING PEOPLE. THEY STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO DO NOT LIKE SELF CHECK OUT. I WILL LEAVE A CART OF ITEMS IF FORCED TO DO SO. IT AMAZES ME HOW COMPANIES IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FIGURE SELF CHECK OUT IS WORKING. FOR INSTANCE IF YOU BUY A 14 FOOT OF TRIM AND IT IS SOLD BY THE FOOT IT BECOMES A HASSLE. ALSO THE COMPUTER ON A ONLINE RETURN CAN NOT SCAN YOUR CARD TO DO A RETURN, YOU HAVE TO GO TO YOUR PHONE GET THE RECEIPT AND GIVE YOUR PHONE TO THE CLERK. ALSO FLINT CUSTOMERS THE BEST SELECTION ON SAY MICROWAVES IS FENTON, THEN BURTON, THEN PIERSON, THEN FLINT. IT IS WHAT IT IS
