I always have such a great experience here. Ray is the most helpful pharmacist I've ever met and we always hope he's there if we ever have any questions or need anything. We called for a very important prescription and their pharmacy didn't have it in stock, but Ray looked up all of the nearby pharmacies that had what we needed for us. I will always bring my business here.

The pharmacy is a fine one with friendly personnel. Perhaps I should leave a separate one for the store, which would be 1 star. Not only have prices increased dramatically, but my last trip I was accused of not knowing how to scan vegetables in the self checkout when it constantly crashed. They're revamping their computer system and I suspect because there are those who are scamming the store at the self checkout. We have a new Aldi in our town and we've been shopping more there.

This place is really bad. I need asthma meds asap and they said yesterday they also dont call you when your meds are ready. I'm changing pharmacy

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a couple years now. I’ve been trying to be understanding with short staffing but it’s gotten ridiculous. Three times now I waited 6 days for my script to be filled, so I call. They say they’re working on it. And then I get a text 5 minutes later that it’s ready. So that means I’ve gone without my meds for 6 days only for it to be sitting on a shelf. Unacceptable.And now they don’t open until 10am on a weekday? Extremely inconvenient

Friendly staff and pharmacist. They had my prescription ready promptly and no hassle like I got at Walgreens pharmacy.

If you absolutely don’t have to get your prescription here than don’t. Unfortunately I have to and in many years I’ve never had a prescription that was right. My favorite is when you’re told it’s ready and you go to pick it up and they tell you please shop it’ll be ready in thirty minutes. You’re better off getting your prescription’s filled in a back alley in Flint.

Loved going there, can't stand it now... not only have they limited their selection of brands, I've bought (sometimes eating) stale food, months past the expiration date! When calling they expressed no concerns. I know its hard times but im absolutely disgusted from the top of the chain to the bottom. We're all human out here, especially in hard times, where's your care for anything? besides money...

Horrible service, then add the fact that the pharmacist doesn't wear a mask over his face when filling scripts... Just breaths over the pills. If he gets sick, every person he fills a script for will also.

The automated prescription system is terrible. You have to repeat your answers over and over and then still have to call and see if you’re prescription is ready. Then they will start filling it. Makes no sense. The old automated system would call when your script Is ready. Now, you wait until no call comes, call yourself again, only to be told they’ll get it started for you. Why even have the automated system if you don’t fill the scripts that come through?

This store has become too busy to just drop in and pick up a few items. The worst thing about this store is the fishy smell from the 'fresh' fish counter. Every time...yes every time I go into this store the first thing to hit me is that stinky fish smell. I have mentioned it to multiple management personnel but it NEVER changes. HINT: Kroger, if it stinks, it isn't fresh. I go to other grocery stores and NONE of them stink like this store. Take the clue and never buy fresh fish from this store. Better to drive the extra few miles to get a clean, non-smelly shopping experience than to put up with spoiled fish....if the employees can't smell it, I wonder just how much of the rest of their 'fresh' meats are NOT fresh.

This place is terrible. I’ve never had any of the problems at any other pharmacy like I’ve had at this one. First I had brought the wrong insurance card, so I left and found the correct one. The girl at the counter told me AGAIN that I brought the wrong one and that she would have to call my insurance, which clearly she did not since I came back the next day and the gentleman had to put in all my information. Also, the gentleman seemed to have no issue with the same exact card that I had brought the girl the day prior. What a mess. Save your time and go to the pharmacy a few buildings down from this one.
