This Kroger is a bit outdated compared to so many but they do the best with what they got however today when I was in there a manager was scolding an employee in front of the check out lanes and customers. Apparently this employee wasn't using the correct mop bucket. This is a conversation that could've been had somewhere more private. One, it's not appropriate to scold your employees in front of customers and two I probably wouldn't announce to all the customers that the same bucket that cleans the store is the same bucket he accidentally used for the bathrooms. Some common sense and critical thinking skills from the upper management would go a long way.

the staff is disrespectful at checkout. we came early to beat the big rush and nobody said hello or have a anything they just gave us dirty looks and my son was almost ran over by a worker doin stock. regina was the lady that cheched us out and she didnt wven smile or say anything when my austic so n was asking her questions. management there is also disrespectful.

Bought my wife flowers last night for her birthday to surprise her. She opened them up to put in a vase. Roses were moldy, dead, completely fell apart in her hands. Tried to return them last night. Customer representative was rude and unprofessional. Told me to return in morning. Talked to Kim on phone. Dealt with Tracy in person. They were so understanding and apologized for the experience I had . Refunded and replaced flowers for my wife today with these. Thank you for making things right. My wife will be happy.

The side entrance is opened and closed at hours that differ from the overall store hours. It’s 8:30am. The store has been open for 2 hrs and it’s still not open.

This review is specifically for Mr Alex. The kroger pickup. Absolutely great attitude and can tell he's a great employee. Order was texted that it was late. I had a grocery pick up at Kroger, Pierson Rd. in Flushing for 7:00 p.m. today, 7/9/2024. They call just before 5:00 and say all the 7:00 orders are delayed and they'll text when it's ready, but it may be tomorrow. So I run some errands, visit my Mom and go home. I'm home cooking dinner, ready to eat and I get a text from Kroger at 8:54 p.m. Oh well, I need my groceries, so I text in the app on my way, get in the car (with my dinner) and zoom up to Kroger. Try to check in for pickup and the app says, it's after 9:00, reschedule. It's unacceptable.

Been in line for over 30 minutes waiting on another person to fill in for customer service they are all just walking around laughing and joking while one person has been assisting this ONE person for 45 minutes with no help from a manager then when we asked what was going on someone said “IDK” giving Walmart vibes??

5 stars all for Alex who handles the pick up orders! Such a friendly guy, who remembers the customers. He always loads and offers to shut the trunk. Such a good attitude and I love when he’s the one who comes out with my order. Way to go Alex!

Says they open at 6 am. Called store to confirm hours also says 6am yet they continue to turn customers away well after 6 am not letting anyone in while the store IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Clearly management needs addressing lol
