Omg such a wonderful experience. The place is so clean and its very secure. I wish I would have known about this place sooner I highly recommend it to every one I know. The prices are very competitive and good. Thank you Wayne for all you do for people and the hard work you put into it. Awesome

If I could leave a no star I would. I tried to rent a unit from here but when I came I was met with no one there. The door was locked and I even waited. Nothing. I was disappointed about this experience. I needed this unit for my daughter, since she is going to college next year, but I guess I'll try another place. Maybe there I will be met with someone there.

Recently rented a storage unit from Northwest Mini Storage. Wayne explained the monthly cost and facility entry very clearly. Cost is fair compared to other local storage companies. Good service. Very satisfied.

There is not another storage facility that I would even consider using. Most of them are owned by large greedy corporations . This one is different. They don't treat you like a slab of meat entering their money making machine.My brother tragically got killed and had multiple storage units at different places. I was shocked to experience the difference between these businesses.Wayne was a God send as poorly as we were treated at the other storage places Wayne exceeded our expectations.He actually became part of our healing process by the respectful way he handled our situation.Be careful where you store your stuff. Most of those big places are a nightmare and it was aweful dealing with the other 2. American somethingI would give this place 100 stars if I could.Thank you again Wayne for your excellent customer service. You went above and beyond what the other companies do❤️
