On Dec. 10, I brought a handful of small, wrapped gifts to Postal Pointe to box and ship to Florida. The guy who packed them messed up one box, and had to use a second one. UNBELIEVABLY, I GOT CHARGED FOR BOTH BOXES. Plus, I had to wait 20 minutes even though I was the only customer in the store when I walked in. I'm writing this to warn future customers to watch for overcharges. When it's the business that screws up, they should pay for the mistake, not the customer. Needless to say, I won't be back.

This has to be the most friendly, accommodating service one could find! I had a package to be returned to the seller but could not print the mailing label. The gentleman ( one with a beard) who helped me,solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I've had prior need for their services and have always found the staff to be courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
