Twice now, I have been to PPP. First time was for hip/knee; then, second time was for my back. The "process" they put me through each time has served me VERY well. In fact, I didn't feel I even needed to complete my full schedule either time, the results were so gratifying. I now completely understand it when a doctor might advise: "well, we won't operate until you go through Physical Therapy first." That path seems for me to have been the correct one each time. - D.H.

Words can’t describe how amazing it has been to receive such knowledgeable and creative care for our little guy. Everyone there is a pleasure and the atmosphere is extremely inviting. Though our little guy is a mystery with a very rare disorder, PPP (Hannah is fantastic) has taken the time to research and implement different strategies for the best care possible. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now that we have been spoiled by the best of the best!

I've been to many physical therapy locations in Michigan and around the country. The PPP staff is fantastic to work with and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Dr. Amber, Dr. Curtis, and Dr. Hanna all collaborated to address recurring back issues that left me unable to walk or sit comfortably. After 15 sessions of physical therapy, I was moving better than I had in years. With such a positive outcome, I returned to start strength training with Andrew. Strength training was probably my favorite and most rewarding experience. Andrew took careful consideration of my recurring injuries, implemented a plan to address them, and had me doing exercises that VA doctors told me I would never be able to perform again. Thank you so much!

I had therapy at a different place immediately after messing up my ankle. They cleared me to stop attending therapy, though I didn’t have full function of my ankle.About 9 months of doing home exercises and things still weren't right. I reached out to PPP for a consultation. I started up therapy sessions twice a week. The entire staff, from Dr Amber, Jess to every other person working there is exactly what you'd want. They help you to recover safely using proven methods.I am so thankful that I found PPP and was able to regain so much functionality that I’d previously lost. If ever I have a need for physical therapy again, PPP is the only place I will go.

Personable, caring, genuine, and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming environment. From PT's to Massage Therapists, this place knows what they're doing and clearly they only hire the best professionals in their field! I truly didn't look forward to PT, but the entire staff has made this road to recovery a great experience, and I'm very impressed with their knowledge and results... I can practically guarantee two things, 1) You'll be in the best hands, and 2) You'll be thankful you gave Primary Prevention Physiotherapy an opportunity to prove all of these reviews right.

Primary Prevention Physiotherapy is a company that does everything right. In our often frustrating health care industry it is so refreshing to work with this kind, energetic, and knowledgeable group of people. I have received physical therapy, massage, and most currently personal training from this facility and have found that the staff has a genuine interest in not just treatment of a specific ailment, but working towards greater goals of whole health and true preventive wellness. It is not an exaggeration to say that my personal experience has been life changing and I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

I have been experiencing sciatic issues. My Doctor recommended I be treated with Physical Therapy. I decided to support local and called PPP in downtown Flushing (mainly due to their visibility and support in the community of Flushing (sponsors to local schools and businesses, support of athletes and an overall presence in the community)). The therapists, reception and PT area are so energizing! You get a first impression experience in the reception area where everyone addresses you by name. They accommodate the variety of scheduling needs. You get exposure to many Therapists who treat and challenge you in different ways (I appreciated that). If you have ever been hesitant about PT or simply starting a movement routine, I highly recommend starting here. PPP will take care of you in a personalized and professional way. Movement really IS medicine!

I have been totally blessed by using PPT. Originally I went because after doing physical therapy with another company and my back was still bad I decided to try a different company. What a huge difference from the “big” named PT’s. ALL the PTs are amazing. My own PTA Jessica was amazing. She worked with me for an hour three times a week. It was personalized care from day 1. Dr Amber runs a clinic with happy team members. She checks on all the patients and sees how they are progressing. They actually did an amazing job on my back. I realized half way through the treatment plan it was to step it up. Their personal trainer Andrew started answering my questions about progressing past just PT. We came up with a plan that got my past the crisis points and started working on strength for my core. That was 9 months ago. Andrew is amazing, Jessica my PTA is so gifted, Dr Amber and her team are so friendly and the staff is happy, kind and also works out. I HIGHLY recommend PPT.

This place and these people will change your life! I have been working with Andrew Cataldo for just over a year now, as a one on one personal coach. From day one Andrew has been supportive of my goals. He pushes me when I don't think I can and always finds ways to challenge my personal and physical strength. My journey here has been more about overall health and wellness and not just "get skinny" which is exactly what their Movement is Medicine mindset means for me. I am so grateful to have found this facility, their staff is amazing and couldn't make it through the week without them!

I highly recommend this place for physical therapy! The team that helped me with plantar faciitis was awesome!! They explained every exercise, and sent me home with written directions for each. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. It’s a cheerful, energetic environment to be in while doing something that’s not necessarily fun.

Everyone here was super nice and very knowledgeable. I was always one-on-one with my physical therapist, and, while I was always sore after, they did help reduce my pain :)

My massage with Maicee was nothing less than amazing. She was very friendly which made conversation easy, I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with her. The massage was one of the best I’ve had, nearly falling asleep halfway though. The front desk staff is very helpful and always welcoming you with a smile. Thank you!

My husband has had a traumatic brain injury for over 30 years and has worked with a variety of physical therapists and personal trainers the majority of this time. Primary Prevention Physiotherapyhas been by far the best facility he has treatment for in order to maintain his physical well-being. The entire staff is extremely friendly, energetic, and professional with a host of superior credentials. This facility is very clean, spacious, well organized with a variety of training aids and top of the line equipment. Anyone in need of a physical therapist, a personal trainer or a massage therapist, I would highly recommend you visit this facility.The entire team has gone over and above my expectations. First time there, was super easy to find. The facility was clean, decorated nicely, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kayla was AMAZING and gave me one of the most intense, on point, therapeutic massages ever!Highly recommend!

Any chance I can give these guys a 10 star review???? They go so far above and beyond. I had an injury 2.5 yrs ago and am still working with them and I get as much attention STILL as if I were a brand new patient. OUTSTANDING! You won't find better!
