I just returned from the Tractor Store on Pierson Road in Flint. Dan greeted me at the door and showed me where the soil was. I went in and couldn't reach the dog food I needed and I found a woman a couple of aisles over and she dropped what she was doing. ( It looked important) and she hopped right up and got it for me. Then the icing on the cake, Dan loaded the soil in the car for me. Both employees were friendly, very helpful. What a pleasant experience. Thanks Tractor Store for hiring such good employees.

Lazy and incompetent staff. Ask for help and they just point you in a direction and tell you to piss off...express that that was ridiculous on the way out and had a gray goateed employee follow me into the parking lot and proceeded to harass me in front of my wife and children. Corporate has really dropped the ball on quality control for their staff

I bought a brand new zero turn time cutter from these guys a few years ago. The employee checked me out, drove it on the trailer, gave me the manual, receipt and one key in a plastic bag. I got home and realized there was no key in the ignition. After using the key in the bag to start it, I returned to the store and informed one of the sales rep that they only gave me one key and he stated that he was sure there should have been two. He walked to the back and informed the other rep. After some time the rep (the one who drove it on the trailer) came and advised me that the Toro timecutters only came with one key. I was skeptical because of the time it took to inform me (basically he looked for it and couldn't find it) but I just took his word for it. Looking back on the manual, and reviews of the mower it definitely comes with more than one key.
It's not a big deal, as the keys are cheap enough to source but there's no need to lie. If a customer is spending well over $2,000 or any amount of money, admit your faults and move on. There's absolutely no point in lying, as I would have just accepted an apology. I'm writing this review to simply advise any other costumer to obtain all your merchandise. This isn't about deterring anyone from shopping there, as I still do. They're still a great company overall, but you get a 4 star for THIS transaction.

Highly recommend this tractor supply. NATE was very helpful He took time to load my bird seed on cart and then loaded my order in my car without hesitant. Excellent service others there were also very helpful the cashier

Worst tsc I have ever been to! The customer service is absolutely horrible. They leave you waiting for a manager as the manager goes and helps people who just walked in. No greeting as you walk in the door either. Definitely will not return to this location!

Huge shout out to Bob, John & Brendan for making sure I was safe driving my Kayak home! They loaded it up & secured it for me. Definitely recommend this location & will shop there in the future.

This store is well managed, stocked and staffed with people actually VERSED in animals lol ? #FEEDS #VACS I'm a retired #VOLUNTEERRESCUER I used this store for about 8 years. Everything from Equine to Canine And they even have BABY CHICS in the Spring ❤️ Store has everything you need including a nice arbor selection (seasonal) right up to MULES [UTV's] and hunting season those come in REAL HANDY! Just ask if you don't see what you need. They can probably order it for YOU.
