“Riverside Animal Hospital is the best place to take your furry family members. I love this place for so many reasons! They make booking appointments easy with a call/text or I can book through the Petdesk app which also gives me access to all my pets records. I have never had to wait long for an appointment either and on multiple occasions my pet has been seen same day! That's incredible! When I arrive for my pets appointment I feel welcomed, everyone is friendly and I trust them with my pets because I can tell they truly care. I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything in detail and discuss options with me for the best course of action. I believe their prices are extremely fair for the services they provide and how accommodating they have been. I have taken my pets to other vets offices previously and none compare to Riverside Animal Hospital!”

“We had the best experience with Dr. Dan and his team! Our cat had reoccurring urinary blockages and they were able to quickly get him scheduled for a PU procedure. Their attention to detail, care and communication was outstanding. Before discharge, the team did a phenomenal job explaining Frankie’s medication schedule, healing process and long term recommendations. Dr. Dan checked on Frankie numerous times via text after he was discharged, quickly answering our questions and putting our minds at ease. “Very great with negotiating prices with what you have to spend. I take my cat here every 2 months or sometimes 3 times a week since he struggles with mega colon. Vets can be very expensive and pushy with pricing but here they do what they can just along with you and your budget. Very nice and the doctor somehow always gets him in”

“Dr. Limbaugh has always been great with my dog since we first started bringing him 5 years ago straight from animal control. They treated his heartworm successfully and he has been negative every year since. They have affordable pricing and a compassionate care team. Today when I picked my dog up from his dental cleaning he appeared very well taken care of. I received clear discharge instructions and results of lab work in hand. Would and do recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.”

“I have been going to the Veterinary Medical Hospital since the 80's for all my dogs, back when the older gentlemen owned the business. Which was ran wonderfully. He was humorous, gentle, very kind, concerned, and caring toward the pets. Since then, a new owner or the business has been passed down to a new generation. However, the hospital seems a bit rushed and not as compassionate as before. I took my dog there yesterday for a check-up, tooth exam, and a booster. When I entered the exam room, I was asked to put my dog on the scale and my dog being nervous, he squirmed and wouldn't stay still on the scale. The Doctor said "Oh he is 7.5 lbs." I tried to explain to the doctor that I had just weighed him in the waiting room and he was 6.2 lbs. He ignored me and continued to say "Yeah must have gained weight" He jotted down the inaccurate weight and proceeded to look in my dogs mouth. The doctor forcefully pried his mouth open and said "Yup he's going to need all of his teeth pulled." The doctor had NO compassion. I felt rushed, and bothersome to him. He was more concerned about getting to the next room. Then my dog's bad teeth and bad breath. So, now I am very concerned about having him perform the extractions on my dog of ten years of age. I have heard that there can be serious complications with him being older. I wasn't given a pamphlet or a printout about the procedure. I was not satisfied with this visit AT ALL! As I said before, I've been coming here for over twenty years and I have noticed a decline in their customer services and compassion toward the animals. I will give them four starts for the previous years I have been coming there and no stars for my current visit. I think they need to either get more staff or add longer hours to accommodate everyone with compassion and concern.”
