I went to the Walgreens on Pierson and Elms in Flushing to get pictures developed for my father’s funeral. I certainly wasn’t thinking clearly so I asked Julie, the nearest associate to help. After what seemed like an hour later, we were finally done. I would like to thank Julie and her direct manager for allowing her to stay and graciously help me in my time of need. Thank you very much!

This is by far the worst pharmacy around. I called to verify my scripts were filled 3 days ago. When I arrived at the pharmacy on Sunday they were closed for lunch at 1:30. When they finally opened after I waited for 30 minutes was the first to be served. As I drove away I noticed one of my scrips was missing. When I brought it to their attention they acted as if I was lying until they realized they messed up and never filled the script then told me it would be another 20 minutes to fill the scriipt. I'll never be back! Terrible terrible terrible service!!!!

This is supposed to be a training store for pharmacy techs. All I see here is overweight, lazy and incompetent workers that move at a snails pace. I find better customer service at the Corunna road location over this place...every...single...time. From 2pm to 5pm they open their side window apparently and that's where you need to go to refill a script. I think it's disgusting and unsanitary to have your techs eating in the back. Two hour wait for a refill of two prepackaged meds is crazy.
