Had a Michigan room put on in fall od 2015. Everything fine for 3 years. Ceiling started leaking, called Chris. He came 3 or 4 times, his son came once. Stated he felt is was the fault of my steel roof. Got roofing guy involved. He tried everything and stated it was Chris's workmanship ship that was causing the problem. Called many times no response. Went over there twice, last time not at address. Chamber of commerce in Flushing had no new address. A real piece of work, not covering his work.

Does not return calls or follow up with work projects discussed.
Previously had used them twice with great results but…. Don’t know what is happening with them but more people have had the same problems

Did Wenzlick go out of business? I called them last year to fix a leaking window on my patio that has now damaged my floor. Chris came out and said they would be back to fix it. For months they have not answered their phone. How can I reach them to stand behind their workmanship?

I used their services successfully several times in the past but I can't seem to reach them via phone or email now. I've left several messages with no response. ☹️

Wenzlick patio & awning is so experienced that they put in my original sun room 50 years ago. We wanted to make the room more comfortable with the weather and have insulated walls. They did such a great job! I want to be in the room all the time.

I had a covered patio installed over my concrete patio area and it more then exceeded my expectations. My house looks like a brand new house in the back. It will definitely hold up to Michigan winters. This will be my new relaxation area and social gathering area when I have guests over. They were here the date expected of service and got it done in a day. The workers were professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend.

Wenzlick built an enclosed Patio and a 16 X 24 garage for us. They did a fantastic job. The team he had was great to work with and they were all very dedicated workers and true professionals. What they did added a great new look to our home. The additional garage looks great in our backyard. We got more than we expected. We were not surprised because we used Wenzlick over 26 years ago to build a enclosed patio for our previous newly built it home and the quality was still there when we sold it in 2021. If you are looking for longevity, use WENXLICK. If you need an enclosed porch or new garage, call WENZLICK!!!!
