I am certainly not easy to please and very suspicious of sales people. These people are amazing. I dealt with the manager Amanda. She spent so much time with me and no pressure. Bought a new AT&T phone at Walmart, came to this store to see if they would switch my service and information to the new phone and I was flat out told no because I didn't buy it there, even though I have been a customer 2 1/2 years.Went to the AT&T store in Birchwood Mall and they were more than happy to switch everything for me....I seriously considered a switch to a new company but one nice employee stopped that.

They were courteous and they really helped me with my problem. I will never go back to Xfinity they did me wrong. And that's another reason I switched back to AT&t I never had much of a problem with them. So thank you to your representatives they were very polite and very helpful

My phone had given a "moisture detected" warning a couple of times over the past 2 weeks. It had not been dropped in water or submerged in water or exposed to rain! On Sat. it completely went dead. At that time it was my only means of communication with family (including sick brother) hours away. Alex & coworker had it working within 20 minutes. They also recommended I file an insurance claim because of the nature of the problem (involving where the phone plugged into charger). This will be my store going forward. Thank you!

I was helped immediately upon entering the store. Ryan was very helpful. I went in to get my phone upgraded, he immediately got the process started. It was a quick and easy process.

When you read a bad review and you see the same error recurring in each review it's not an error. It's being done on purpose. I went in to get a new phone under the impression that I would be doing a trade in and receiving credit for my old phone. Spoke with ATT today and was advised the store did not set up the sale with the trade in and I am on the hook for the monthly payment. Will have to spend the day on the phone with customer service to resolve the issue. Thanks guys.

I went in to buy a new phone case, and not only did I have to give my phone number but then asked for my id? "To purchase a phone case" then it wasn't good enough to show my drivers license I had to take it out so it can be scanned?

Very fast service, the sales person was very attentive and knowledgeable. She made the bad day of a water logged phone be resolved as painless as possible in all aspects.

AT&T lost a customer due to a sales manager being more worried about making money off of a sale (and opening nonstop bringing that up) and pushing me to drive an hour and half to his location instead of helping with what we asked, so I could get 2 lines added to a line at the store 3 minutes from my house. Flat out told me he wouldn’t help if I didn’t drive out there. He was rude and made a comment to me that blow my mind and will be the reason I will never use AT&T again. I was so mad I didn’t get his name but it was on 8/2/23 if any manager sees this post. I also reported to corporate customer service. I have never been so disappointed in an experience and took my business right to Verizon.

We had an amazing experience adding another phone line from a different provider and upgrading everyone's phones. Amanda was so helpful and she did everything she could to get us the best deal while making the whole ordeal as personal as it could be.

Emiley was more concerned with finding excuses than setting new services on my phone. I went there with all of the information she needed to quickly submit a port and activate eSIM. Since Emiley refused to help me, so later that evening I spent 4 hours with overseas support to no avail.I went to a different AT&T location the next day (Oxford) and Mike activated and did everything I wanted within 12 minutes (I timed it).My recommendation is to go to a different store in a totally different area.The staff at this location prioritize can kicking and leaving before closing time over customer satisfaction.
