We walked in needing help with adding our kids to our plan. Derek was very helpful, good direction for plans and phones. Helped us set up phones and gave us great ideas about how to watch our kiddos phones for safety. Another employee was very helpful and turned on Mickey on the big TV to keep our 4 y/o entertained. It was very thoughtful. We left happy with our phones and plans.
