I took my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder to the Bashar Auto Wecks to have him put a transmission in my vehicle I was told it would take 2 days 2 and 1/2 months later I get my car back it's leaking transmission fluid and not shifting properly. I took the car back to him to find out that he did not put enough transmission fluid in it after I told him how to check the transmission fluid because there is no dipstick to check fluid level on this vehicle. He did not follow the procedure to check the transmission fluid in the vehicle after the transmission was done. It was also making all kinds of noises that the vehicle was not doing before I took it to have the transmission put in by Bashar. Bashar couldn't figure out where the nose was coming from. I now have a car that isn't working due to Bashar not doing the repair right. He is not an honest person made up all kinds of excuses why the car wasn't done and the time that he said it would be done. When Bashar finally told us the vehicle was done we went to pick it up to find out the car was all apart still not running took 7 hours of waiting for him to put it all back together. He is a zero star but I can't do that because there is no option for zero star. Do not take your car there if you want it done right. He never gave me a receipt for the repairs that he did because he said his computer was at the repair shop. I asked several times for a receipt and he still hasn't given me one. Don't trust this repair shop.

I've known Bashar for years and he's always gone above and beyond in regards to his work ethic. He is willing to do whatever it takes to have my car the way I want, and I've been taking my car to him for years. He's a great mechanic and it shows in how the cars run afterwards. Stand up guy as well
