My husband scheduled for a radio to be installed in my vehicle. He received three confirmation emails of the appointment. We drove to Best Buy in Port Huron (a decent drive) and were told they have no record of our appointment and to contact an 1-800 number. Absolutely poor customer service and a waste of a customer's time and resources.

The Geek Squad was great checking in a computer for servicewife bought a new lap top and Geek squad set it up for her .had a auto start system installed in a vehicle. Great service .

The guy at the Geek Squad window, on Thursday 12/21/23 at 1:41pm knows his stuff. He was friendly, polite, and caused me to smile uncontrollably on my way out the door. I was dreading the thought of losing everything on my phone, and having to buy a new one. He absolutely made my day.

Absolutely atrocious trying to contact the store directly! Wanted to call and swing by and apparently I have to speak to a inbound sales agent who can’t speak a lick of fluent English?! Why make being a local establishment so hard? What happened to the community? Unreal the amount of time wasted over the phone.

Spent around $1000 on a subwoofer/amp setup for my new car. I scheduled an appointment on the phone and the lady could not find the store location so we set up one elsewhere. Turns out she made the wrong appointment so I get a call from that Best Buy and they tell me they cannot do it, so I reschedule for an even later date but at least I get to go to the location I wanted right? Well no after all that I get a call saying nobody will be in on that day I scheduled my appointment for, so after a $1000 and a month of employees mistakes I finally told them I will be returning everything because this should've been handled differently. I get it stuff happens but come on, I bring my business to you and you make me wait 2 months to get what I want that is not what I expected from such a large company.
