“We had some issues early on with our rental that no one could predict would happen. We contacted Chace the office manager at our local office and let him know what was going on. Honestly not much he could do for us with us being in Texas and him in Michigan. We tried local Enterprise offices but they could not figure out the issue nor could they accommodate us with a vehicle the size we needed. We kept Chace in the loop as to what was going on. We made the best of the situation and pushed through our trip. When we arrived home and returned the vehicle Chace was the utmost apologetic and professional about the situation. He made sure to take care of us for all the hassle. We definitely will be using Enterprise again for future trips. Thank you Chace for taking care of us and being so professional about it.”
