ONLINE SHOPPING/GROCERY PICK-UP!! I have been using this FREE service since an ankle injury... long before it became a necessary way of life for many of us. The staff here are always courteous and friendly when I pull up for my delivery. The app I use to shop couldn't be more user friendly. I am always notified of possible substitutions and can accept or deny them before I head to the store. I can count on one hand the few mix-ups that have happened over the years, and any problem has been handled right away with a quick phone call. I know having this online option has changed my way of grocery shopping each week... and actually forever. See you next Saturday between 8 and 9!!

They never have any cashiers open even when they are super busy. Black Friday they only had two lanes open. I was actually accused of stealing and embarrassed in front of many people. Of course, it wasn't true and I was free to go but it was a very embarrassing situation to say the least

I pretty much get most groceries and other household needs there each week. They have the best prices, most variety, and shortest wait times when compared to Meijer. And if I want to get a sub, there's always subway with its popcorn and pretzels also. I use their pharmacy which for my metformin is easy, but can be an issue for my son's ADHD medication. Typically the food quality is fine. There are occasionally some employees that go out of their way to help, even if they cannot get what I need. One works in electronics (has a lit of buttons on his vest including Dungeons & Dragons and similar pins). He was very nice and tried to loom for items I requested. I prefer getting most electronics there because of the service most days. As for other departments, I get plenty of people that seem oblivious and sluggishly say I don't know and sorry with minimal effort otherwise. I don't settle for comments like "that's just the way society is headed" so will comment on it. Phyllis in the pharmacy is great. I usually do the self checkout or online order to avoid waiting in line because registers are slow at times, though better than Meijer. As long as the variety stays good I will keep going. But I have I have one more issue. The Vista Lite fitbit watch has been on sale for at least a week (or was when I last checked) and I don't like that you have it on sale for $99 and I keep getting told that the website and retail are different and that I should go online and pay the extra $50-60 for it because they cannot get it in and don't know when. I got my wife something different for her birthday though this is what she wanted. Take it down if you don't have it, or at least honor the price. It seems like COVID is the excuse now for why stores can't deliver. Not a good one.

Visited the Walmart in Ft Gratiot Michigan, a suburb of Port Huron MI. Heard that they are requiring patrons and employees to wear face masks.Upon entering I noted the security guard at the entrance checking for masks, was wearing his mask with the nose exposed. At lease half of the patrons were shopping with their nose's exposed as were some employees. Some patrons had no masks at all.It would be helpful if Walmart posted their signs indicating that the correct way to wear a mask includes covering of the nose and mouth. It might also be beneficial if at lease every hr, the Manager would use the PA system to remind patrons to make sure that their face mask covers the nose and mouth. The CDC has noted that the Covid Virus is more easily spread from uncovered noses. The virus is more likely to find a home in the tissue of the nose. It's nice for Walmart to have a policy on what they are doing to restrict the spread of the virus but NOT ENFORCE IT. A simple ongoing friendly reminder to patrons would go a long way.

I usually don't make complaints, but yesterday as I was walking in I noticed the big real roll of paper towel at the door for cleaning your cart had blood on it. So I informed a worker who acted surprised and he went over there and turned it upside down so the blood wasn't showing and walked away. Absolutely disgusting

Way too many shoppers with no masks worn. Very dangerous Walmart in the age of Covid19.

Walmart is a good store but sometimes the costumers are NOT the best...they have an attitude and when you say "have a good night" they DONT SAY A WORD like whats ur problem

Love the fashion's department. Great prices and selection of sizes. Employees in this department are friendly and helpful! The Maple Turkey in the deli is so good and the Sam's cheese bagels are too. Wish they would build a Walmart closer to my house.

These places should be banned. Not really because they do have low prices. Hence two stars instead of one. But Walmart is just a warehouse of shoddily made junk. And this one is next to a meijer. Go to the meijer!!!!

Store Manager- you have a winner in your customer service employee, Tania!! I called on an obscure product. She knew exactly what it was and even checked if it was in stock with the price. I'm on my way to the store and know its exact location. Many thanks! Good service!
