Trying to buy a new phone, all three locations have signs saying will return shortly at 5pm, supposed to be open until 7. Does anyone work here?

This location is scamming people out of their money beware. Two other locations tell me a out the door after tax price for a device, both are exactly the same amount then there is this location and employees telling me a price that is almost 100 over the price of the other stores for the same product.. these stores are all within same county and same mile radius. They tell you it's a expensive phone hundreds over the price of it new at Walmart and best buy as well... I'm reporting this to the bbb and corporate office.

Came here to get service but after waiting for over one hour for one customer , and seeing they don't have reception inside their own store ,,,, am good on that service , I just changed my mind and left not getting that service now THANK YOU FOR SPARING ME THE GRIEF

Never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism. The guy was nowhere to be found for nearly an hour then came from the back on the phone, told us to come back in half an hour. I had questions about a phone and he completely lost it, began yelling, was belligerent, even swearing at me. The guy like completely lost his mind. Bystanders were even in shock at the behavior of this guy. Won't be back and already warned my friends. Do better with who you employ cricket!

People are rude in all their stores in Port Huron. The phone service is absolutely trash always going out. Phones they sell are outdated and they try to sell you these phones for extreme prices.

The service was horrible. They Couldn't help me In the store I had to call customer service. they couldn't help me so the tech department has tpo call wme it's been 4 days and I'm still waitting.

Great service till you go to another state but other then that great service just dont expect any service if you live in port huron and go to visit Chicago.
