Theresa helped me today with setting myself up with a unit and was absolutely amazing!! The units are clean and they seem to have a variety of sizes to fit storage needs! I wanna say thank you again to Theresa for all her help today! She was wonderful to work with and made the whole process easy to understand! I look forward to using their services!!

Seriously, avoid this place. I went online to set up a rental starting November 1st because I'm actually moving January 1st. I wanted to see the unit in person first though because I heard they have these pillars in the middle that take up space, so I went down there to check it out before finalizing everything.
When I was there, I specifically told the manager I was worried about the move date and getting charged at the wrong time - I made it super clear I didn't want any issues with this. But somehow I ended up getting signed up for the end of October instead. I'm moving out of town and we get paid once a month, so there's literally no way for me to pay early even if I wanted to.
When I realized what happened and called about it, the manager basically told me too bad, you signed the paperwork. Zero sympathy, wouldn't help at all. Then she had the nerve to call me a dumbass. Over a 1-day difference and ~$200.
I tried emailing help@cubesmart thinking maybe someone else could fix this, but it just goes right back to the same manager who won't do anything about it.
Edit: Turns out the online contract had the wrong date too, which I didn't catch when I signed it. But that doesn't change the fact that I brought up this exact concern when I was there in person specifically so this wouldn't happen. She could've fixed it then or at least double-checked, but instead she signed me up wrong anyway and then called me names when I had a problem with it. And now they have deleted my account.
I'll eat the $60 loss. Not worth dealing with people like this.

Brenda made the process of getting started really easy! My unit is clean, easy to access, and feels secure. The carts they have to assist with moving items in were very helpful.

Excellent place. Extremely nice people that work there. I was in need of a vehicle storage unit. They provided me with a 10x20. Perfect for my vehicle, at a very decent price. I would recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit. Thank you to the employees and owner.
