The pharmacist here must hate there job, they never address you when your in line, and there rude as hell. Need to take a class in customer service. Also not sure the lady’s name but she asked if I wanted a Covid shot/ flu shots, when I said no she said out loud how am I ever gonna get my bonus if no one gets there shots. So unprofessional!

Since I do not use corporate pharmacies, having to use, due to Medicare, CVS, gave me a lot of anxiety. This Fort Gratiot location was excellent with me.

I a DAW for my brand of pain patches! They filled them with off-brand. The pharmacy tec did look up on my account & found out that I already had DAW on file, so I can't pick up my much-needed patches until Monday/Tuesday! Other than that the woman who took care of me was polite & courteous! Refreshing!

There's two ppl that take on a very huge amount of people, and to due that with a smile and full concern that you are taken care of the best well that's these amazing individuals that makes me have to speak out on there behalf! Stopped and dropped of script and was told we would get a call. 2 hours later we went and checked if we could get an estimated time on how much longer out would be. Was told. "Why cant you wait for a phone call". They hadn't looked into our script at all. We went to Wahdams pharmacy closer to our house. With in 10 mins were were in and out with our script filled

Do not go here!!!! Have me someone else's perscription....2 times... Someone who lives in San Francisco California.... Then tells me mine was filled all ready the third time .... Then I call my insurance to find out the pharmacy it's self had made the mistake. Not safe at all ....
