Although the drive thru mic is not working great (you have to speak pretty loudly for them to hear you) the staff are! Plus it's dq. So ice cream.

ordered food yesterday 12/31/23 at around 7 because it said they were open and again my order went through even got a confirmation email, only when i pulled in to pick it up the entire store was closed ? and they still took my money?

Didnt get the food I ordered. Then when I got home and tried to call and tell them the recording said wireless customer not available. I gotta give it to you, that's a great tactic. You guys will never have to replace anybody's food with that tactic in place.. Well, let me ask you this should any business. That's in good standing Have a phone number that works I would think so....

We ordered ice cream thru the drive thru. They tried giving our ice cream to the person in front of us and it took at least 5 minutes until we pulled up. They tried giving us a different order and then told us that they messed up. 2 seconds later she comes back with our ice cream, we took off before realizing that it was the same ice cream they gave to the person In front of us. Needless to say it was a messy ride home and didn't really get to enjoy it. I don't like giving bad reviews but I felt the need to share.

They gave me what I wanted, but they overcharged me what is the plus $.59 twice so I’m thinking about candy topping. I did not ask for that and I didn’t get that. Why would I be charge for that?
