We went and ordered carpet and tile for our basement today. A vet named Michael helped us. He was the sweetest and helpful little man. Thank you for making our visit easy and enjoyable.

They were unable to find the items that I needed even after I had called to make sure that they had it in stock. Had to tell the store staff just what it was that I wanted several times.

I just purchased a home that is closer to the North End of Port Huron and Fort Gratiot. Home Depot is closest to me so we stopped in to look for paints. The lady that worked the paint section was very kind and guided us on ideas for making our living space seem more open through color patterns and showed us how to use the Behr app and see how specific colors look on walls with their virtual color station. We are using the crisp linen, ice sculpture, sandstone and loft light colors as well as their ceiling flat style paints thanks in large part to the paint quality and to the direct service provided. Here's the difference between them and Menard's in town (considering I just gave Menard's a review). I had to seek assistance to receive it when at Menard's). With the Home Depot, the person in the paint department approached me with questions and service. To me, this coupled with the proximity bro my home make Home Depot a preferred choice. And when I bought the ceiling paint and Kilz primer yesterday and a ladder, the cashier made me aware of their matching rebate program. Plus, they mentioned the rental van pricing in town should I need it for my move next Saturday. Though one other cashier seemed a little moody, overall, the staff have been helpful. That includes the lady that assisted me in printing off specs for a new dryer that matched our washing machine. I find the service to be solid at least as a first time home buyer with lots of questions. I have been off lately with names. As for the cashier I worked with, it was on register 2 around 5pm when I came through. She was smiley and pleasant. As we're the customer service staff guiding me to the right primers.

Ordered a stackable washer/dryer and paid for Haul away of old unit and install of new unit. Guys arrived and said oh you need a plumber the water hoses are corrosion we can’t get them off. I told them to take the unit off the truck and put it on patio. They gave me their number so if I got the hoses off they’d swing back. I took the hoses off with my hand No Corrosion!! Called the number no answer, called delivery number no option to speak to someone! Called the Fort Gratiot

Ordered appliances on 6/24. After MANY cancellations they were delivered today 10/8. The company delivering them would not bring in the refrigerator, it is sitting in my driveway. Thankfully my husband is home and my dad is able to help bring it in. After so many months of waiting, this is just so frustrating.

A woman I know purchased a floor from them months ago. It has never been delivered and home depot will not refund her money or give her store credit. She is out $400.

My go to store. I use them all the time! They offer a military discount as well!! We've purchased all our blinds for the house. Over 5000 dollars worth. HD installed them and did and outstanding job along with 0 percent interest for 18 months!!

Watch out for price swaps!! On 05/16/2019 I went to this store to buy a refrigerator that had an advertised price of $1098. I asked for a Military discount (10%) which should have made the total sales price of $988.20. When looking at my bill of sale, the sale price was listed as $1220.01 with a 10% discount of $122.00, which made the total $1098.01!?! Now I am not a math wizard, but a sale price listed on their website should be what is initially charged before a Military discount, agree??? Needless to say, I cancelled the order. Not happy at all with shady dealings!! Pay close attention to your receipt!! Shame on you Home Depot!! This is a poor business practice. You should be ashamed of this bait and switch!! By the way, Linda at the Returns Desk on 05/17/2019 was very kind and helpful in cancelling this order for me. My real name is Nancy and I am not ashamed to use it on this review!!

Need home floor installation, the measurement "tech" that was sent out spent two hours measuring 2 rooms and scared my wife with stories of being arrested and having demonic encounters.
The company owned by home depot sent the report to home depot that they needed to go back to the house for a follow up and home depot sat on it and never got back with their company.
Poor internal infrastructure with the external flooring company.
The internal customer service was helpful though, I just wouldn't recommend this home depot for flooring installs.
