Overall decent experience ... this store might be a little understaffed?? Once I got an associate to help me everything went fine, and he was pretty knowledgeable about the product line

Rude staff while returning Amazon package. Employee didn't say a word to me, when he was done I told him to have a nice day and he just turned and walked away. This happened a few other times also. Very poor customer service.

One of the managers there is completely rude and cocky. Lose the attitude and speak up, some people have a hearing loss.

The staff at my local Staples store is always friendly and helpful. Without their assistance, I could not supply laptops to the youth in my program. A special thank you to Store Manager Charles "Theo" James for hitting the ground running and knocking it out of the park helping me with his first batch of purchases for our program! Looking forward to continuing my partnership with Staples!!

Bennett was so helpful! Recycling electronics here is easy and you get rewards points too! Way better than competitors that usually charge for drop offs. I'll be telling everyone to bring old electronics here

Workers do the best they can with what hours and resources they’re given. They’re usually very kind unless someone is treating them poorly. Customers are usually insanely rude and entitled towards them in this store and instead of attempting to try to use self serve or find things on their own they pester the workers and claim they’re doing nothing. This store might not be the best but the 1-star reviews are mostly from lazy people that expect minimum wage workers (who are already given way too many tasks to begin with as per usual with retail) to bend over for their every need instead of taking a minute to use their own eyes or brains.

On June 28th 2024 I dropped off two 4x6 pictures to be laminate. The guy there said it would be 90 mins before he could laminate. If left pics. Called 2 hours later at 6.25 he said we closed at 7.00 can't guarantee it will be ready. This Staples gets a zero in customer service. Management needs to have a staff meeting and review basic customer service.

I was helped by a young man named Bennett at this store with my staples reward program and print service and he was awesome! He was friendly, helpful, and definitely a credit to customer service as well as this store. I appreciate tremendously!

Went in to make copies to send in for a rebate. Had to wait in line to use a machine. If they made your copies it would be an hour. Had to use a credit card '"store policy". Did make a one time exception to pay cash. Needed help with machine....very crabby people. Actual I would say rude. Thanked them for the help and cash payment and no acknowledgment what so ever. Poor way to run a business. I won't be back!!!
