Went to staples for a new office chair. Aaron was available for questions and when I found one I liked, he gave me a rundown on its features and made sure we found the color I was looking for. Very pleasant and professional, and I'm walking away a happy customer.

If I could rate them lower I would. They have horrible service and not willing to help at all. Used to be where you could walk up and they would help you print something off. Now they just blow you off and try to make you go do it yourself without any help, and makes you pay 5 dollars before you can even use the printer. Everyone is very unfriendly and rude. Will not be shopping here again.

Considering you have a manager at this store who likes to take customers phone numbers and have other people or herself text that customer starting problems, who should be fired. That's against Hippa, harassing customers for no reason and lying to customers saying they can't talk to another manager. She is beyond doing illegal unlawful things as a manager and it's about to get this store a lawsuit. Alot of wrongdoing here from a female manager. Among other illegal activities, trying to ban someone from the store with a disability who did nothing wrong. Once again, ILLEGAL!

that fat lady in thr drive thru is rude!!!doesnt even smile and gave me a cold caramel macchiato instead of hot and worse part the hot they gave me doesnt even taste near the one i ordered it taste like hot foamy water with almond milk!!!!!didnt even apologize!!!!if you dont like your job go sit in your couch and be obese!!!costumer service sucks!!!!train your people more often!!!!

Pretty good selection of items, but their prices are top tier. Only come here if I absolutely have to, but they usually have all the specialty items that you won’t find that other office supply stores.

Not terrible, but you can find it what you want online a lot cheaper. Out of most standard office supplies in Store. Wasted trip.

The cashier didn't give me my item. I paid for a 156 GB SD card and never got the card. I spent over 200 bucks there today, right before they close and the most important item I went for was not given to me. Make sure you check your receipts because the sale prices aren't ringing up correctly.Update: Thank you for making it right. I got a phone call and was immediately helped this morning.

My displeasure here isn't the company. It's with the unfortunate encounter I had with the employee that needs to learn proper customer service. When asked if a certain product was in stock, I was told no, with him then proceeding to just stare at me blankly. Then I asked if he knew what product I was referring to, he said "I don't know", again followed by a clueless stare. After describing the item, I was rudely given an aisle number to go look. When I returned from looking, I showed the employee the item from the Staples website on my phone. Again, when asked if they carried these or if they have to be ordered, I was told "no", followed by another long blank stare. This stare was long and awkward every time, finally resulting in me advising him to next time at least offer to order for me and to learn customer service. I then asked to speak with a manager, for whatever that was worth. I don't enjoy dealing with mindless, disrespectful little mouth breathers that offer no help whatsoever. You work with the public. If you can't handle your little retail job you'll never be able to move out of you parent's home and function in society. This is not the first such encounter I've had from an employee at this location. When I ask for help, I expect to be helped, not "go look".
